Had just what I needed ASAP delivery top company

The trampoline is excellent. It was a great price too £60 cheaper than anywhere else. I had an email saying my order had been dispatched and still hadn't been delivered 9 days later (Even though the parcel had 48hr delivery on it). I messaged playtimes and James sorted it out that day. Thanks James for all your help and I will definitely buy from you again soon. We need a new slide! ;)

I ordered a Plum rotating see saw for our Grandsons 5th birthday. I did email the service department regarding delivery. I received a clear response as to delivery date and fortunately this arrived two working days after order in time for his birthday.

I will order from this company again.

I ordered a 10" Rebo trampoline and surround on Monday morning and it was delivered on the tuesday afternoon!! Great service.
The instructions are brief but got some tips from friends which helped.
The plastic spacers from the surround are not the best quality - they were splitting as we were tightening the bolts!! Should come with spares.
Overall excellent product - my little boy has great fun on it.

Even when my item was stolen on delivery i was kept updated. Another one was sent and I got it the following day. The customer service is good and always willing to answer all your questions.

We found what we wanted at a competitive price and it was delivered on time. The quality is good and assembly was easy. Couldn't have asked for any more.

Ordered a bouncy castle on a Saturday with a 48hr delivery. Order was confirmed and item was in stock, was emailed on the Monday to be told item was despatched. On the Tuesday afternoon I called playtimes to check when it would be delivered, one hour later I was called back to be told my item was not coming as it was out of stock and my money was refunded. I have a very upset 6 year old as I cannot find a replacement for the same price and he was expecting I that day. Very poor service!! Won't be using again!

From my initial telephone enquiry to the delivery of the product I was amazed by the quality of service. In particular I want to praise the person who dealt with my questions and took my order. Additionally I was surprised when delivery was as promised and two hours later the trampoline was fully erected, single handed, by my husband.
It was a big surprise for my grandson who played on it for hours.

I had made a mistake with another company and ordered a trampoline for the wrong date, they couldn't do anything sooner for me so i did an internet search and found 'playtimes' placed order on a Monday and had the trampoline Wednesday evening just in time for sons birthday Thursday. In between ordering and receiving, i phoned playtimes and they couldn't have been more helpful.
would recommend to anyone.

Good size trampoline, the enclosure is sturdy and secure. Only issue I've found is the the elastic on the surround safety padding lost it elasticity within a week, making it quite loose and not fit for purpose.

Chose product as £50 off and £50 of free kit. Quick delivery and quality product easy to construct even with the kids helping out!
