Hello everyone, playfight to me is a very precious tool to get to know people or to deepen friendsships with a new layer of contact. I really appriciate to get into physical contact in this given safe structur. I feel so free as a kid but in a way that support my capability of getting closer with my light and shadow sites.
As an example I figured you in playfight how much I can feel the other in his power and that sometime winning or losing doesnt matter anymore to me. Because in games normaly I have a strong longing for winning with I’m working on in this field. As a child I even had to cry sometimes if I would not win in a game. Which is clearly not a reality anymore. I wouldnt say because of playfight but it supports me of heal this experience or behaviour on a deeper level. So I’d say we all have something we want to grow in and playfight to me is a methode to find a joyful healing in many ways. Try it out:)

I am moved by meeting all these beautiful people and playfight ( and by all theother workshops between).playfight as a tool for self-care and respectful, loving interaction with your fellow human beings. this gives me the feeling of great solidarity and self-reliance at the same time.

Playfight nowadays plays a big role in my life.
Not only invites me to transform struggles into challenges that I can play with, it holds me accountable to show up for my self and for my community and it allows me to have a human connection that I was longing for since I was a child.
In playfight I can be playful, I can be wild, I can be gentle, I can be myself. Is a space where I feel home, a home where I can grow to a more mature human being.
The playfight with my critic part and the beautiful encounters with all people that playfight connects are everyday present in my heart. Thank you for the laughs and thank you for the tears playfight, with you I feel more of me.

I had a deeper dive into playfight through joining the playfight immersion in Berlin. Playfight opened up so many doors in my own experience related to expressing strength and playfulness. I feel i could recover a childish part and a very raw & wild part within me. After the immersion i feel connected and centered within myself in a new way. Less afraid in bringing my power & really being much more playful in everyday life. I can absolutely recommend to join a circle or a bigger event 🦁

Last weekend I visited a playfight deep dive weekend by Matteo and what can I say - it was amazing!!! Not only that I had a lot of fun and felt physically alive live I haven't for a long time, I also came immediately in touch with deep emotional topics of myself and could "fight" and dissolve them in such a rapid speed, it was extremely powerful. Matteo is a superb teacher, spaceholder and has an immensly sensitive awareness for everyone. I felt seen, save, held and healed in such a playful, light way- THANK YOU Matteo - I can't wait to visit an immersion!

Honestly, anything that I write here will be totally undermined by the usage of words.
I can't describe how powerful playfight is as a practice for me and how grateful I am to be exposed, immersed and continue learning and embody Playfight's main core - connection with myself and other.

Matteo and Playfight's team truly embody the qualities of the practice which just makes every event I have been to super rich in my experience.
I have learned so much about myself and made beautiful connections with people from different countries. And mostly - just had fun!!

Matteo is a natural space holder, guiding participants into fun and connecting games before entering into playfight. This practice is very joyful, a safe container to play but also for going deeper into embodiment. I felt it enriched my life and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
