Just two points of feedback
- I wish RG settings were accessible to players where you can place your own limits, cool-off requests, etc. Some casinos have this option but here you have to contact support via chat or your VIP manager via email. Doesn’t seem ideal.
- For high limit players the daily withdrawal limits seem too low…I wish these were increased based on your play and bet amount somehow

I know that my deposits are safe and secure and my withdrawals are always processed in a timely manner.

Been on this site for over 7 years and enjoy the games they have , recently had a little win and tried to cash out a few hundred dollars ,they kept coming back with so many excuses after supplying them with all the documents they needed ,the last one they said was my bank was not accepting the money which was total rubbish as i checked with my bank. Stay far away from these scammers. Deposited straight away with my card. When I tried to withdraw they showed there true colours. Tried to withdraw the money back through the card I deposited with about 7 or 8 times, contacted customer service, they said try bank transfer,tried this for few days,no chance what so ever. I was getting an email withdrawal cancelled by user,which is me. Totally scammers. How these lowlfe are allowed to operate is mind blowing. All my documents was verified,so no problem there. Sooner these scammers are brought before the courts the better. Stay far away from Playamo or you will be very sorry.
