Hello, thank you for the kind words! We’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying your experience and that your VIP manager has made such a positive impression. We truly appreciate your feedback!
Tip for the casino
Tip for the casino.
Using a low RTP setting on all the slots will only make players leave the site permanently when there are plenty of casinos offering max RTP on all slots.
You will still make your money using max rtp settings and attract a larger player base. This is what the most successful casinos online do (example - Stake)
Processing withdrawals as fast as possible will make people deposit money again sooner. Don't be lazy with it.
Make your bonuses/cashbacks enticing. Don't give players 50 x 20c freespins with a 50x wager after they have deposited a few thousand dollars per week.
There are ways to become a successful casino but the owner does not be very business minded.
Put the customer first. You can still make your money.
Popularity is key to success.

The bonuses seems good but in terms of withdrawal( finance department) its very slow I used to be a customer, after several deposits I requested my first withdrawal, it was pending for a while but later on it got rejected for KYC.. you submit documents it takes a while… you request something it takes a while….. Its way behind the industry standards.

We’re sorry to hear the withdrawal and KYC process felt slow. Please note that verification checks are part of our standard security procedures and may take additional time, especially for first withdrawals. This helps us ensure compliance and protect all players.
We appreciate your feedback and are continuously working to improve processing times and overall service quality.

Dear Simone,
We are pleased to hear that the refund procedure has been successfully completed and that you have received your funds.
However, we want to clarify that your VIP manager, Lera, never tried to hinder the refund. Managers must follow strict security and verification protocols imposed by our license and the bank. If there were delays or requests for additional documents, it was solely to ensure the transaction complied with regulations, not to "keep what is yours."
We wish you all the best.
Sincerely,
PlayAmo Casino Team

Stay Away
I have been signed up to Playamo for over a year, I’m level 6 VIP, have deposited numerous times, and have NEVER once cashed out let alone make a couple of hundred above my deposit. I would highly suggest staying away from this site. I play numerous online sites, by far Playamo is the worst.

Dear Joanna P,
We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. Being a Level 6 VIP shows that you have been a loyal player with us, and we truly appreciate that.
We understand how frustrating it is to play for a long time without hitting a significant cashout. However, we want to assure you that all our games are provided by reputable developers and use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This means that while we cannot guarantee a win, the games are fair and never manipulated.
We hope your luck turns around soon.
Sincerely,
Playamo Casino Team

Low payout on all slot machines
So after playing at this casino I had deposited over $1000 in this time the amount of wins is almost 0, havent had the chance to get anything worth withdrawing.
I play on others it's and generally at least get a small win.
I feel that these games are configured to give next to no payouts at all.
Hardly any free spins chances and seems to be rigged in favour of the casino not rewarding the players.
I like to wait a month of playing before writing a review, I dont really have any good experiences on this site unfortunately

Hello Gray Falzon,
We are sorry to hear about your bad run of luck and your disappointment with the payouts.
We want to assure you that our games are not configured or "rigged" by us. They are provided by licensed developers and use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that every spin is completely random. This means that while big wins are possible, they are never guaranteed.
We regret that your experience hasn't been a positive one so far.
Kind regards,
Playamo Casino Team
PlayAmo is one of the best casinos I’ve ever played at
Honestly, PlayAmo is one of the best casinos I’ve ever played at. The games are endless, the site runs smoothly, and the bonuses actually deliver but what really makes PlayAmo stand out is their VIP program, especially the absolute legend herself, Ilona.
Ilona is hands down the number one VIP Manager in the game. She’s an absolute queen always going above and beyond for her players. Whether it’s sorting out bonuses, helping with withdrawals, or just checking in to make sure everything’s running smoothly, she makes you feel genuinely valued. You can tell she actually cares about her players and takes pride in what she does.
Every time I’ve needed help, Ilona’s been lightning-fast, friendly, and super professional. She goes that extra mile every single time and that kind of service is rare these days. Because of her, PlayAmo isn’t just another casino, it’s a place you actually enjoy coming back to.
Big shoutout to Ilona and the PlayAmo team keep doing what you do. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a fun, fair, and top-notch casino experience!

Dear Creata Daniel,
We are very sorry to hear that your account was blocked after you attempted to withdraw your winnings. We understand this is an extremely frustrating experience and why you feel this way.
We assure you we are not a scam, but we must follow strict security and verification procedures. Account blocks are typically related to a failed verification or a security check on the account.
Please contact our 24/7 Live Chat support team immediately. They can access your account details, provide you with the specific reason for the block, and let you know what is needed to resolve it.
