Great shirt and fast delivery

Excellent design and fit. The unique peshtemal fabric is very soft and the oak buttons complement the colour of the UK Dawn shirt. Highly recommended

Very pleased!

Zaq was super helpful in getting my pre-order Santorini shirt sent out as soon as possible. Really love the shirt design - quality material and v comfy. Perfect for a cool / dry summer’s eve. Good work PLAYA

Fantastic shirts

Fantastic shirts, great quality and look. Will buy again, however sizes are a bit unusual compared to other brands, will order the size up next time.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, but out of stock of almost everything on the website
Very proactive in letting me know that the size I had ordered probably wouldn't fit me and excellent offer of an exchange for any other shirt on the site, but such limited stock that I never got to try a shirt!
Will try again when you have new stock in

Sorry the shirt didn't fit! We all come in different shapes and sizes, though we do offer a size guide to help you make the right choice.

Due to a system error it took 8 days for us to process your refund. Although longer than usual, this is still faster than most web companies that take 2 weeks on average.

We would love for you to confirm if it was just the shirt not fitting and the 8 day refund that caused you to have a 1 star experience, or if there was anything we've missed? We can use this feedback to further improve our service.

Great customer support

Good customer support when I had questions and wanted to return shirts. One was returned due to a quality issue and I received a new one, and a discount on it.

Some shirts better quality than others - Maldives range great, Mediterranean not so good (even for cheaper price), UK good.

Reliable when you need something from them. Delivery is quick.

Did write back with a few issues on quality of shirts sent out as replacements at a discounted rate, but as I said I was happy to hold on to them, I unfortunately didn't hear anything else back from PLAYA.
