Excellent Customer Support

I ordered a Medium but the shirts run smaller so I contacted PLAYA to exchange it and they gave me an address. I've ordered from smaller apparal companies countless times and this is the first time I had to pay for my own shipping to exchange an item, or they didn't supply a return label. I sent it back and didn't hear anything for over a week until I emailed them to follow up. I was told they would reach out to the warehouse and get back to me. Still not sure what's going on, or when I'll receive my shirt. I love their clothes so it's disappointing. I wouldn't recommend ordering them.

I have a lot of respect for this company. They went over and beyond to meet my expectations.
