High Praise for Exceptional Emergency Service from Platinum Pro Roofing

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and highest recommendation for the top professional services provided by the team at Platinum Pro Roofing.

Following the recent severe weather, I understand the team was working back-to-back to assist everyone with roof damages and leaks. Despite their heavy schedule, they made my situation their first priority due to a substantial water ingress that caused significant concern that my ceiling might collapse.

Their swift response and expert handling of this emergency were invaluable. I cannot recommend their services highly enough and will certainly keep them on speed dial for any future emergencies.

I cannot thank you enough for your exceptional work.

Amazing team! They are friendly and informative and always respond to my messages and make a point to come out quickly. Prices are extremely reasonable so they're my go to roofers now.

Amazing experience with platinum pro roofing after the recent storm damage

The roofers made a prompt visit and advised what work was necessary to our main roof. They arranged for scaffolding the next day and came back to carry out the repairs with confidence, recording their work on camera thoughout.
We would highly recommend them to carry out any roofing repairs in the future.

Guys did extra and protected roof from future problems!

The team from Platinum Pro roofing have been very efficient and reliable. They have repaired our very damaged roof in a timely manor and have shared photos & videos throughout the work. Our property has been kept clean & tidy throughout and no rubbish left behind. Very professional with a friendly disposition. Would definitely recommend this service.

Quick efficient job done . Made me feel that I have a sound roof with no leaks anymore Would definitely recommend this company as I am new to the area. Trustworthy company

PPR responded to my phone call very promptly and arrived when they said they would. They gave a quote but when they started work the damage to the roof was far greater than expected. David showed photos and explained what was happening; they didn't pressurise me into accepting a revised quote but said they would start the same week as the beams and wood were wet. They worked into a Saturday to finish, keeping me updated with photos of the work. At the end they tidied up. Both were pleasant and worked hard, causing me no disruption.

A neighbour had pointed out a problem with my Grans roof and I got in contact with the team at platinum pro roofing and could not fault the service from them. They got back to me very quickly and came out and checked out the job within the hour and gave us a quote and carried out the job the same day even though they were busy the fitted us in and did an incredible job. 10/10 service.
Would highly recommend
