Plastics Online Recenzje

Great product speedy service, can highly recommend

I was going to give 4 stars because the first delivery came damaged but because they resolved then problem so fast and we're very helpful I gave 5 stars

Good customer support and ontime delivery

Spot on quick no fuss does what it says on the tin

Very quick service. Samples of Formica sent promptly and the Formica sheets i ordered were delivered within a couple of days, conveniently rolled up. I had expected two unwieldy sheets.

Great products, great communication and fast delivery.

Very fast service

The order came much quicker than expected.

Great to speak to, very professional. Goods arrived well packaged and in excellent condition with a well known logistics company. Kept updated from purchase to delivery. Would happily recommend and buy from Plastics & Veneers Ltd again.

They were very helpful with my enquiry and delivery was very fast

I have just had first class service from Plasticsandveneers.co.uk
I requested a Formica sample which arrived very quickly. Once I placed my order, I had an acknowledgement almost immediately & the product was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately the sheet of Formica arrived damaged with a jagged crack across the middle so I sent a photo of the damage & soon had an email informing me that a replacement was on its way. As far as I am concerned the way in which a company deals with a problem is of utmost importance, and in my case the customer service was faultless.
The only tiny niggle was that in both instances, the delivery was a day later than promised but this is the fault of the courier.
I would certainly use this company again

great service, will use again.

Ordered on the Wednesday morning and it was delivered Thursday afternoon in North of Scotland In perfect condition.great service and great choice of products.will definitely use again.
