I am very disappointed with the products from this company. I bought 4 heavy-duty storage boxes, the video shows them being stood on and being hammered! I am not heavy, but I sat on one, and the lid split immediately. They are nice boxes, but will not take weight on them, therefore not stackable except perhaps for something very light. I also bought 4 Wham recycle it boxes, these are described as 'stackable', but two lids broke in the first two days. Lastly, two dustbins, one of which has split already despite no rough treatment; it isn't even outdoors! I spent a lot of money here (for me) and I am beyond disappointed.
I did try to write reviews on their site, but apparently, this is not possible!

Storage boxes ordered Jan 5th 2026 I received them on Jan 7th. Excellent service. One of the 6 was damaged. I phoned and spoke to Claire in Customer services late afternoon. I asked for a replacement which she arranged and confirmed by email a short while later. I received my replacement Jan 9th.

The 5* are for the exceptional speed and Professionalism for the sales, delivery (DHL) and after sales service provided. I have purchased these boxes before and can highly recommend them for storage of Christmas Decorations as they stack neatly on top of each other.

We were really desperate to get some boxes into our warehouse and I ordered them via email, they sent an invoice which I paid immediately and they were with me in a couple of days !! excellent service and very helpful staff. Thank you
