The item was delivered in good condition by Yodel. I wasn't sure when to expect it but it arrived in good time so I would use them again.

6 out of 20 boxes arrived broken
6 out of 20 boxes arrived broken. Plastic box were quick to offer a refund for the cost of the broken items. The lids are brittle and despite packaging were broken during transit so I wouldn’t expect them to last long if dropped on a hard floor. The containers are more durable.

Very helpful company
Very helpful company, could not say this of the delivery company DPD though awful service and they broken the packaging and left on doorstep in the rain. Plastic Box Shop were very helpful in resolving the issue though. It is a shame good companies are let down by delivery companies!!

Better than expected
