The coving is absolutely beautiful
The coving is absolutely beautiful. When it was delivered it looked so much more better than the website.
I ended up ordering more for the rest of my extension. Just make sure you realise the price is per meter and each length is an around 2.4 meters. Something I misunderstood but managed to get the hag of how it works eventually.
Overall the item was just amazing. The quality of the material of the coving was good. More importantly the after care was excellent. Always good to call the company and someone actually picks up and explains things and follows your query.

Your online website is misleading to…
Your online website is misleading to your customers.
I entered your site to order 110 m2 of coving on March 6th, 2026. I tried to pay for 110 m2 of coving with my bank card, but it was unsuccessful. Then, on March 11th, I tried to order 110 m2 coving. I created the order and added it to the basket. Then I made the payment. However, what I didn't notice was that the previous 110 m2 order was still saved in my basket, so I only realized I had ordered twice the coving when the processing started.
I now want to return the excess products I received. I even decided to install an extra room that I hadn't planned, trying to use as much as I could. Now I have 9 unused packages of products left. I want to return 90 m2 worth of products to you. When you check your system, you will see that I have ordered twice. The remaining order from my first attempt was combined with the second order and paid for both times.
I sent an email to your customer service, but you did not accept my request.
Your online sales website contains a serious error, and you haven't acknowledged it. You also didn't respond positively to my email, which I wrote in good faith. But please be aware that your website is misleading your customers.

Hi Halil,
After reviewing your order history and correspondence, we can confirm that two separate quantities were added to your basket and successfully purchased. Our website basket system retains items until they are manually removed, which is standard functionality across most online stores. At checkout, the full quantity and total value of the order were clearly displayed before payment was completed.
We have thoroughly reviewed the website following your complaint and have found no technical fault or misleading information that would have caused the duplicate quantity to be added automatically. The additional products were the result of the original basket contents remaining in place between visits.
We also note that your request to return the excess goods was made almost two months after the order date. As stated clearly in our returns policy, unused items must be reported and returned within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, because this timeframe had long passed, we were unable to authorise the return.
While we understand that ordering mistakes can be frustrating, this was not an error on our part, and it is unfair to leave a 1-star review suggesting otherwise. The order was placed, reviewed, and paid for exactly as entered by you.
Perhaps it is time for you to stop buying things online.

Quality products and excellent service
We've ordered two roses so far, with a need to order more in the future. One of them (the really expensive one) was damaged in transit. I phoned, expecting to have to deal with a lot of hassle, only for them to sort it and send a replacement the next day at no extra charge. Can't really beat that, and as a result, they've earned our patronage indefinitely.

I wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Plaster Ceiling Roses.
I ordered many meters of cornicing and 5 ceiling roses at then had to make a slight change to the order. The process was made so simple by Lucy who was both helpful and friendly. I then spoke to Jack to try and get a better idea of the delivery time which was a 2 hour window and he managed to track the order for me down to a fixed time. Each step of the way the service was excellent. Will be returning to buy in the future.

I’m renovating my farmhouse and wanted to add some traditional features back in. I found PCR and ordered a beautiful ceiling rose.
