I haven't recieved anything
I haven't recieved anything. Not my order or an e-mail about anything. I ordered a spotify plaque back at the 12th december. I haven't heard anything from you, I haven't recieved it, plus I haven't got any answer on the e-mail I sent. And my money is gone, you withdrew them the same day I placed the order.... The only thing I've gotten from you, is an e-mail asking about a rating..... 😡😤
It was suppose to be a christmas present.... 🙄

This company has taken my sons money…
This company has taken my sons money from his 10 year old birthday and not delivered anything. No email or receipt of Purchase and not replying to my email about anything with any information or about a delivery, be careful and look elsewhere instead of CAMERON MCKEEVER

Product Terrible, Service Adequate.
Delivery is reasonable and on time. The product is of terrible quality and not at all what is expected of a typical Spotify song plaque. It's an A4 piece of plexiglass with (albeit good) stickers on it. You can feel the stickers and it comes with no stand, I feel slightly embarrassed giving this as a present...

I have placed an order over a week ago for tracked 24 hour delivery. It has been 5 working days and am yet to receive the delivery. I have tried all methods of contact available. The live chat doesn’t seem to be live. And have had no delivery updates or response to my email. If a customer pays extra for quick delivery it should arrive quickly. Disappointing

The engraving is really poor quality…
The engraving is really poor quality and isn't coloured at all so you can't actually see the engraving. It also doesn't come with a stand. Disappointing its basically just a laser print at best.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery, product was good, didn't think the personalised message and youtube sign would be stuck on to the perspex with stickers... thought it may of been a permanent sort of transfer.... nevertheless it was ok

My Order Arrived BROKEN 😡
My order was delivered 2 weeks after I placed the order and I received it DESTORYED! The frame was in 4 separate pieces and the plastic part that said the followers was broken with a huge hole in it. I am currently getting ahold of someone in the company to give a refund or send a new one to make up for it!

Odpowiedź od Plaque To Reality
Hi Benji,
Thanks for your review.
As mentioned in our recent dialogue over email, sometimes items do break in transit, as I'm sure you can appreciate it wasn't sent broken.
Just to confirm, we've issued a full refund and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Thanks,
Cameron

I got mine yesterday, and overall the quality is great! Cameron helped me on my way, so thank you! I highly recommend buying.

Odpowiedź od Plaque To Reality
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your review but unfortunately we're experiencing a lot of postal strikes in the UK which is having a knock on effect to delivery times. Rest assured, your order is on it's way and will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
If you need anything else in the meantime, please let me know?
Thanks,
Cameron
