Your order consisted of pre-order plants, which means the plants are either propagated or taken home and specifically grown just for you. The estimated waiting time was communicated on our website, in the product descriptions, on the collection page, and in several emails sent during the process.
Unfortunately, one of the Monstera varieties did not make it, and we informed you of this as soon as we could. We understand that the waiting period was longer than you had hoped, and we appreciate your patience.
When you contacted us regarding the delay, your order was still in production and awaiting completion before shipment. However, once you requested a cancellation, we processed a full refund immediately.
We understand that pre-orders are not suitable for everyone, especially if immediate delivery is preferred. We wish you all the best and hope you find the plants you're looking for.
