An easy to use web site
Very prompt service
I sent the plant to my son for his birthday, from what I could see in the photo it looked a good size, not too small
He is good with plants, so I have a lot of hope for its survival!

Fantastic! I buy plants on the internet regularly. These are the very best I have ever received. Brilliant packaging. Plants arrived in stunning condition. Many Thanks.

I bought a miniature rose - champage - in a champagne bucket style pot for my sister and brother-in- law when they celebrated their 30th anniversary.
The rose arrived on the right day, is beautiful and has flourished, giving my sister joy day after day.

I ordered a birthday rose for a relative. It arrived on day requested and she was thrilled with it as it was in bloom with 5 roses open.

A gift that my sister loved, it needs to survive and take root then it will get 5 stars!

We received a 50th wedding anniversary gift of a rose bush.
Unfortunately the box had obviously been turned upside down resulting in all the flowers being broken and the soil displaced all over the box.
I contacted Plants by Post via web Chat, their contact us message and phone, left a message but no contact. Extremely disappointing .

Many thanks to the Plants By Post team. Great communication, quick delivery and the plants, well, fantastic quality and exactly how described. 100% recommend and will use again.

My Monstera arrived perfectly wrapped, completely undamaged, and ready to thrive. It is a truly stunning, healthy plant that immediately brought so much life to my space. You can really tell they take extra care with their packaging and quality—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Would never buy from again, ordered a coffee plant and was advised a 3-5 working days for delivery. I finally receive a tracking number 2 weeks later, and after checking the tracking number for two days and nothing working I contacted the seller, no response. Got an email from the couriers two days later to say that the package had been damaged and to contact the seller, so I did, and they issued a refund the same day. Shame they decided to ignore me before that.

I’ve just ordered from this company for the first time, my rose was very healthy and expertly packaged , I was very pleased with it, I will definetly be ordering again , and lots of gift ideas too. Highly recommend

Having ordered from Plants by Post over the years, this small business has always supplied quality plants & cute gifts for birthdays and anniversaries. Their delivery service is also ideal for prompt, last minute gifting. Highly recommended!

Have ordered many times and always been quality products

Ordered several times now from this company and my latest order of two olive trees in high qualify beautiful metal containers are superb. I cannot compliment Plants by Post enough on their products and customer service.

Prompt delivery and well packaged plants have brought some much needed greenery to my lounge.

Have used them a number of times now because the plants are always of a very high quality, Delivery is fast and just as importantly, always so well packaged. The recipients have always remarked on this and it means peace of mind that my gift will impress

I had a rose sent to me as a gift at Christmas and was delighted by the quality of the plant and the excellent packaging. In the last week I have been thrilled by the appearance of the first buds and am looking forward to flowers in the months ahead.

I use Plants By Post regularly and honestly can’t recommend them enough. The quality of the plants is always exceptional — healthy, well packaged and far better than many other online plant retailers I’ve tried. Every delivery arrives in fantastic condition and it’s clear a lot of care goes into both the plants and the packaging.

The customer service from the team has also been brilliant whenever I’ve had questions, with quick responses and genuinely helpful support. I’ve personally never had any issues with any of my orders, which is why I continue to order from them so often.

Any negative comments I’ve seen must have been very unfortunate experiences because my experience has only ever been positive. Reliable service, beautiful plants and a company I’m always happy to recommend.
