They don't have proper documentation. And when you ask for a refund, they don't proceed with it. I lost $122.94 USD. And even they cancelled my lifetime subscription on the same day I disputed the charge on PayPal because the service doesn't work as expected and advertised.

I like to know more about the company I want to do business with so I reached out and I found myself chatting to someone from Mexico by the name of Daniel. When I ask to speak to someone from the US. He mentions that they are not from US but from Mexico. He says that this trustpilot company profile is not the real planify x.

I signed up for the free trial, im interested on using chatbots for Facebook and whatsapp, I like that they offer unlimited chatbots, since its way more cheaper than many other services
PLANIFYX.COM IS A SCAM! It shows a 7-day free trial banner and actually there are "hidden" terms & conditions.
This scam costs me $699.10.
