i ordered a record have a year ago and never received any notification about whether it was shipped. now after six months they claim it is in stock and i can order it. they already got the payment six months ago. nothing happend. i canceled it now cause i found the record months ago on other platforms. now the are telling me they can`t refund the money, only offer me a voucher which i find extremely shady. i strongly advice everyone against ordering anything fom Planet Wax

Planet Wax sell amazing wax melts. They smell and look good. My favourite at the moment is Purple Rain, however they all have a unique and strong fragrance. I shall continue to use them and can certainly recommend.

I’m obsessed with the Tonka bean wax melt. Smells good enough to eat. My lounge smells of vanilla it’s beautiful. I’m always burning wax melts as they help my anxiety.

These wax melts are beautiful. You only need one piece, the smell is fantastic and lasts a long time. Comes well packaged, in a pretty pink box, so perfect if you want to buy as a gift. Please just treat yourself, you won't be disappointed. Love the touch of glitter also, looks so pretty when melted

I only received 4 melts instead of the 5 as per the special offer. When I contacted Planet Wax they confirmed that I had actually only selected 4 (so totally my fault) and immediately offered to send me another wax of my choice. Also gave me advice on how to get the best out of my melts as I was using a too tall diffuser and therefore the wax wasn’t getting hot enough to give off the maximum aroma. Brilliant customer service and lovely products.

This company has great customer service; order dealt with and received in timescale promised. Website easy to use. Love their scented wax melts, lovely wrapping and packaged well. Will definitely use them in the future.
