El servicio ha sido perfecto. Compré un bolso de Chanel y llegó tal y como se describía en la web. Lo enviaron por DHL Express y tan solo tardó dos días. Además, tienen un servicio online estupendo, te recomiendan y te ayudan en tu elección y son educadísimos y muy profesionales.

Met de Black Friday-actie heb ik een Louis Vuitton Sac Shopping en een Chanel Classic Full Flap Bag gekocht. De service was echt top. Tijdens mijn bestelling had ik per ongeluk een typo gemaakt in mijn e-mailadres, waardoor ik geen bevestiging ontving. Via de customer service werd ik supersnel en vriendelijk geholpen, en kreeg ik direct de DHL-link om mijn bestelling te volgen.
Binnen 48 uur had ik de tassen in huis, van Bulgarije naar Nederland! En ze zijn allebei prachtig. De staat werd als ‘goed’ omschreven op de website, maar ze zien er zelfs nog beter uit dan verwacht.
Ik zou hier absoluut weer een tas kopen!

Very good experience with Plamexs, customer service was very reactive when I had questions before the order was made and. They sent the watch very fast, but as I am out of the EU, I had to wait more because of the customs; however, Plamexs was again ready to help me to send additional documents to DHL. Got the watch now and I'm very satisfied :)

Great experience. Choose the perfect bag, delivery to The Netherlands within 2 business days, everything was perfectly arranged. The bag was exquisiet, conditioned and neatly wrapped. Extra dustbag on the side. Overall a perfect way to you new pre-loved bag!

Friendly & quick response customer service. Straightforward transaction. The item: Hermes Herbag zip 31, it is as described on the picture and complete with the key set, original dustbag. The pink color on the foto is slightly different pink tone than expected, all in all happy with the purchase. Delivery via DHL express as scheduled with signature required.

Gorgeous authentic vintage Chanel
This is my first buy on PLAMEXS and I couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions (there were a million) and even accommodate shipping on the date I asked them to!
The customer service is exquisite, and they were with me every step of the way.
The bag itself is brilliant! It's a gorgeous vintage Chanel, and its condition is even better than the new ones! PLAMEXS presents their offerings exactly as they are, and they are very honest. In my case, they were very modest, and when I opened the package I was pleasantly surprised, because the bag is really perfect! And AUTHENTIC too!
They also offered professional cleaning before sending it to me, free of charge!
To wrap this up, this was an excellent experience, maybe my favourite online purchase so far!
