Awful company to do business with. Placed a fairly large order for next working day. Of course I didn’t expect it next day due to recent Covid issues but..FIVE days later I get a call saying half the items aren’t available. Had to let my customers down. Of course being a UK company the customer service is handled in some Indian call centre on a complete different time zone. Terrible customer service. Only praise I can give is they gave me a refund fairly quick. Won’t use again.
Bad customer service bad products.
We received a few hoodies and they appeared to be ok apart from a little loose stitching ....then on our second order we noticed two hoodies with holes in the seam of the arm and the middle pocket.. needless to say I reported them right away, as the only reason I buy plain white is so we can tie dye them, the company seemed to insinuate the tie dye caused the stitching to break away at two parts. Which was ridiculous.. they then stopped responding to emails.

Every order I have ever made has been wrong/had errors or items damaged.
Last two orders I made, both incorrect, are still not resolved.
One dates back to Nov of damaged items, the other from January of missing pieces. I have sent countless emails and received no response even though the auto response says 24 hours response. I have called and I don’t get a call back or email. I have received a delivery for the Jan order with missing items today. There should be 4 T-shirts and only have two. If a company can not get a order of 4 T-shirts right there is no hope. Called again and after I explained the situation for what feels like a millionth time the lady clearly didn’t want to deal with the problem so just rung up.
Nov damaged items still unresolved.
I gave item codes for missing items which has the colour and size in the code GD05MBLKS eg black small and I had to confirm sizes and colours. They are your item codes you should know this!!
I am so frustrated I’ve spent so much time on this. I never written negative reviews but I have to warn others to never buy from them.
Also they say items in stock online, get an email to say out of stock. Item she’s out of stock online ring to see when back in stock and they do have stock meaning I have to make two separate orders and pay delivery twice.

A one is being generous I would give zero rating if I could. Placed an order on 24th of January, to this day I still received no order and no refund back from them which I kept chasing for after a week, I had enough of chasing for my order which they said was attempted to deliver when I was home everyday! I find out it’s sitting in there warehouse (if it even left) was told they would post it again, they failed to do that again so I said to give me a full refund, I had to chase them for my money back and still no result, it’s not the first time I’ve had dissatisfaction with this company, will never use again and I tell everyone not to.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. Recieved my order and contacted the company immediately as all the tshirts were either stained or had holes in them. I have emailed multiple times phoned multiple times and still my issue is completely ignored. I ha e even sent In photos. No reply at all and when I phone I'm told someone will get back to me immediately...did that ever happen ...NO....honestly can say its the worst company I have ever dealt with..I'm now sitting with a box of tshirts full of holes. Its been a month now of constantly contacting them and nothing not even reply. They are quick to send out delivery but should anything be wrong with your order don't expect it ever to be sorted out. Honestly ridiculous

This company is terrible. Do not be fooled by their low prices or their disclaimer on their website. I have placed 2 orders with them and have had horrendous issues with both. When speaking with customer services operatives they are rude and combative and the management are no better. My last phone call with management resulted in me remaining calm (I’ve no idea how) and their manager shouting and swearing at me (a man named Adam I believe). Callbacks promised from customer services team are not adhered to, they are unwilling to assist with any issues you have with their service and they based their attitude on the fact that they have been running for 20 years so they must be doing it correctly. I have explained to them we are a fledgling printing company and their terrible service is ruining our tender new reputation. I would thoroughly discourage anyone from purchasing from this company. Although they appear to be one of the lowest price they do not offer value for money or any buyer protection for their customer. I am currently contacting PayPal directly to rectify my issue as the company themselves have not been discussing the right order number with them and are stating PayPal have told them the monies have not been received to them despite them definitely being gone from the bank account. I’m reasonably sure that at least 50% of their business is conducted through scamming small companies and brand like mine and I think it is disgusting and again would strongly recommend you find yourself another more reliable and politer supplier for your T-shirt ordering needs.

I strongly recommend to avoid this company. Very poor customer service. I've been waiting for my t-shirts to be sent for a month. I've emailed them- no respond at all. When called them to find out what is happening, no one even bothered to apologize, promised to call back, but it never happened. So when I called back insisting for a refund, as I had no patience to wait for hell knows what, person who picked up the phone was absolutely ignorant and rude. And that's the company I was thinking to collaborate with as a small business owner. Never again. Horrible experience.

Do not use this company. My order wasn't delivered after 10 days and when I contacted them they said they had sent my order to someone else. They then said they would re-send my order however they now didn't have two of the items I wanted. I exchanged one item but wanted a refund for the other. I paid £5.89 for the item but they only refuded £2.25. For the inconvenience they said they would refund 50% of my total however only refunded £7 from the £30 I paid. I have called them every day this week to get the remainder of my refund however I'm constantly told someone will contact me however this hasnt happened. I have also had the phone put down on me on two occasions when I asked the call handler there names as a reference for my call. Terrible experience with this company and very poor customer service. Do not use them there are much better reputable companies out there with better customer services.

Wouldn't even give 1 star had two orders first order 4 out of 7 t shirts had stains on them. So I emailed them a number of times and they eventually said they would replace them. However they never did. The second order I placed never arrived and took 12 emails and 3 weeks to get my money back.
You get what you pay for
Honestly pretty decent overall but I have had many problems with the service, sometimes they will miss items out of my order, sometimes they will add extra, sometimes I will order white but receive black, sometimes my order will arrive late.
But to be honest I can’t complain because there prices are unbeaten, I’m willing to put up with these factors as it saves me money in the long run
Awful and Ignorant - Avoid if you can
Having purchased from them before I thought I would do again , only this time having made payment on the 27/3/20 , today is the 10/4/20 and have not received the goods or an acknowledgement.
Fortunately I paid by PayPal and have escalated to them them to sort out the refund.
If there was going to be a delay due to cover-19 then no problem at all fully expect things don't operate as they would in a normal environment but to take a businesses money and then not have the decency to respond is poor.
Subsequently won't ever purchase from them again , and would advise others not to bother if this is the level of service they now operate with.
Beware of faulty items

However, if an item is faulty, they will only replace faulty items within 15 days of shipping. This means you need to immediately wash all items several times to ensure their stitching doesn't come undone.

Out of stock items and bad after-sales service
Products are that is out of stock are advertised on the website and available to select for immediate delivery.
The entire order was held and not shipped due to just 1 item being out of stock, even though it was still advertised as in stock on the website.
I called in to find out what was happening with the order and the agent said: "What do you want me to do about it!"
The agent insisted I email in to resolve the issue, then hung up when I asked to speak to another agent.

I ordered 6 sample t-shirts before deciding to buy in bulk form this company. I specifically asked this company by e-mail to provide me a link to their tear off label t-shirts.
I am absolutely horrified at the amount of mistakes.
I purchased 6 t-shirts (3 large and 3 medium, 1 red, 1 black and 1 blue of both sizes).
Here's a list(!) of all the things wrong:
1. The t-shirts were specifically purchased because they are "tear off labels". The medium red and black t-shirts I received DO NOT have tear-off labels.
2. The GSM is not the advertised 165 GSM. All of these t-shirts except the medium black, are somewhere between 120 GSM and 150 GSM t-shirts, not the 165 as advertised. I know this because not only did I weigh the t-shirts, but also because the medium red t-shirt has a label (which also is not the “Stars & Stripes” brand as advertised and is not tear-off) stating “CR1500” which I know is a 150GSM t-shirt. You can also find it online clearly advertised as a ringspun classic 150GSM. The other t-shirts were even thinner.
3. The medium blue t-shirt is SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than the other two medium t-shirts, looks like an Asian medium or even a ladies t-shirt.
4. The 3 medium t-shirts I received are all different t-shirts. They are also different lengths!! (there’s about 1” difference between the smallest and largest). The red one isn’t even “Stars & Stripes”! The black one is a 50/50 cotton polyester t-shirt and is the correct GSM of 165. It doesn’t have a tear-off label and isn't the advertised 100% cotton. The others are all 100% cotton.
5. The 3 large t-shirts are the same t-shirts. Same Stars & Stripes brand and same GSM. Unfortunately, they are 120 GSM not 165 GSM as advertised.
After inspecting the goods I also weighed them to be sure I wasn’t imagining things, and my issues were confirmed. The weights are:
LARGE BLACK 90.1 grams (clearly not 165 GSM)
LARGE RED 90.1 grams (clearly not 165 GSM)
LARGE BLUE 86.1 grams (clearly not 165 GSM)
MEDIUM BLACK 103.8 grams
MEDIUM RED 78.8 grams
MEDIUM BLUE 71.4 grams
Could you explain to me how a medium t-shirt is 14 grams heavier than a large t-shirt of supposedly the same GSM?
I found a superior product in the Gildan t-shirts with tear away labels from a company called Cotton Print in the UK. There are other suppliers of the same t-shirts as well.

Alarm bells initially caused me concern when I could not get through to this company when they only sent out part of my order. Whatever time of day I called the company there was no reply. After several email I eventually received an apology. The remainder of the order arrived almost a week late.
i ordered again, only to receive the wrong colour. Returned items in September. Company never acknowledged receipt of my returns. I had to send them proof. They advise they would resend - then sent an email advising they would refund.
Ordered on Monday 21/10. No delivery on 22/10 or 23/10. Emailed but no reply. I did get through to someone called Mark this evening at 16:01. He advised t-shirts not in stock and that an email had been sent. No emails received from Unethical Star! I've waited like a lemon for 2 days for this order. Mark assured me someone would call me back when I requested a refund so I could purchase elsewhere! Guess what? 90 minutes later no returned call. Now closed for the day!.
Don't waste your money or precious time buying from this company. Go elsewhere. You may pay a little bit more but you will get a customer service.

Ordered some packaging for a product my business is launching in the next few weeks.
I was sent the wrong product, which didn't bother me because accidents happen. Sent them an email straight away (friday), heard nothing. Called them & spoke to someone who frankly sounded like he couldn't care less (saturday). I explained that I need the products by monday as I was meant to ship the samples to the marketers on the friday just gone. He said he had emailed the warehouse & had it arranged to be delivered on monday...
Monday comes and no product. I call again and speak to a lady named Susan, I explained I needed them urgently by tomorrow & said she could have them delivered by tuesday & that she would send me a return label. I receive an email after the call with the return label and a note saying they would not ship the correct item until they receive the wrong items back. I call back immediately now getting irritated to say this isn't acceptable as they've already set me back 3 days & I have marketers waiting to receive products & its now likely the launch will have to be delayed.
Susan however has miraculously disappeared & the new chap I'm speaking to says he'll get it sorted out & get Susan to call me in 15 minutes (this is at about 16:30). Their website says they close at 18:30 so I call back again at 17:15 having received no call & I get an automated message saying they closed at 17:00.
What should have been a simple fix has ended up wasting 3 days (so far) of my time because of repeated & unnecessary lies about what they're going to do to resolve the problem. If they had just been up front that they weren't going to send the replacement last week I could have made other arrangements. Now its likely to cost me a further 2 days, more expensive overnight shipping with another supplier & potentially a delayed launch date for our product. So all considerable cost to business.
A totally unprofessional & unethical company that have no regard for their customers. Ironically, called Ethicstar.
