Have ordered from PJBox several times this year and last. Always very helpful on the phone and orders despatched really promptly.
Very surprised seeing some of the negative comments as that is certainly not my experience.
Prices are really competitive and will continue to be my first port of call.

Avoid at all cost this man is utterly unstable, 2 radios ive bought and 2 ive sent back with faults. And thats where it all falls down, he will message you late at night with abusive txt messages call you a lier for a 61 year old man he needs to grow up, avoid this seller at all cost , buyer beware. Aka, uas enterprises, nocando01 on ebay.

Ordered my portable beam antenna yesterday and the UPS delivered it today so thank you for the quick response and delivery.

Very unprofessional.
Gets his sidekick to steal your equipment then he wants you to buy off him.
Had no end of threats and violence.
Police need to actively shut him down.
Surprised his still in business, dodgiest site on the internet.

I have bought lots of gear from PJBOX and I have alwayd found him to be very helpfull

Very rude and unprofessional order some parts only £4.50 but never received reported to eBay that he was very rude and unprofessional do not use on eBay he is nocando

About my 8th purchase from Roy, spent well over £1200 never had a issue. Its always strange how people complain when something goes wrong but never about the perfect transactions. Sound guy. Sound items highly recommended to all forget the haters!

hes a fraud and sends threats to people on ebay avoid in everyway possible wants reporting to office of fair trade

I have had many deals with Roy over the years and never once been let down if there was ever a problem it was sorted straight away in a very professional manor. I will of course use him again as soon as i need anything .

I purchased CRT SS9900 from PJbox, the price was the best on the internet but I had read some bad reviews on here, PJbox have been fantastic with me and I would recommend to anybody who is thinking of buying Ham or CB radio equipment.

Please do not use PJBOX or UAS ENTERPRISES or on Ebay NOCANDO01, The person running these is a Lynwood Royston Jones of 16, Oxland Road, ILLOGAN, REDRUTH, CORNWALL TR16 4SH, this man will take your money but will not send you the goods, he is a scammer and is not to be trusted in any way, please use a reputable dealer as this man is not and the police should be looking at him.

Where shall I start. ABYSMAL. The JONES Guy here is proper ABUSIVE and very unprofessional. Ordered a CB through EBAY from this outfit, it never worked so I opened a dispute. All I received throughout the procedure was ABUSIVE Messages and total rubbish. I got my money back via EBAY. Will never entertain this place again, absolute shambles of a person to deal with. Even now the dispute and I have my money returned he is still messaging me through EBAY abuse. For a 1954 born YR old telling me to grow up is absolute waddle. Certainly am nether going here again, once was enough. I have since ordered another unit but somewhere else. Initially would have had a replacement or some advice. So he dug his own hole and let him lie in it. . .

Why I will never buy anything from PJ Box ever again......

The most obnoxious person I have ever come across in dealing with a so called shop.
You would be seriously mad to do business with this guy, fine all the time there are no problems but present a problem and all you will getting back is abuse. How this dotard is still in business is beyond me, with his attitude, confirmed by Johns feedback below, any customer with a problem would certainly never return.
All I ever got to solve my problem was that his friend down the road has the same item and he never had a problem and likes his... fool.
So you have been warned, buy at your peril, and if whatever it is, if it goes wrong then you may as well just throw it in the bin, you wont be able to return it, but you might get one of his favourite sayings, "bad workman blames his tools"..... unbelievable moron.

A side note:- I have now removed the item in question with the assistance of two other people with fifty years experience between us in this field, it is confirmed that the original item is not performing as stated in the specification and is assembled correctly although that in itself is fraught with problems and no instructions... a subsequent compatible replacement item from a different manufacturer works well and is how one would of expected the initial one to have done.
I suggest you search for many other supporting feedback comments about this person on many sites, including eBay as NOCANDO01, Amazon as UAS Enterprises Ltd, every time something is wrong or not working the abusive comments to his customers beggars belief... you have been warned...

Never again...

Purchased several items all great prices and all work well with great advice would defo use again and soon will.

I had 5 star service from pjbox, next day delivery with the ss9900 ham
radio that i ordered at the best price that i could find.

I ordered an order for three beam antennas for delivery in Copenhagen / Denmark
Grand Total (Incl.Tax) £ 264.86 according pjbox website !!!
Roy from PJBOX wrote back that they lacked £ 6 delivery to Denmark
Ok, I wrote back to Roy that I would pay the £ 6 more for shipping to Denmark
But he must write to me how I could transfer £ 6 more to PJbox when I had paid via PAYPAL via my order!

There was never answer back from PJBOX, I moved him several times to get an answer!
A buddy went in dialogue with PJBOX and as before, suddenly he stops mail all mails !!!

Therefore, I can not recommend a deal with PJBOX unserious dealer !!!
