I ordered a supposedly big-screen rotating tablet with a base throug a TIK TOK video that was promoting it. It was promoted for $29.99 the bottom line was about $37.00. The suspecious thing is that first I received a text message where they said my order has not gone through but later a second text came with order confirmation. The charge to my bank entered 2 days later on June 29.
Later the texts i received where eraised and I lost the confirmation number. I tried to go back to the website and I could not find it again!
Today I checked my spam folder and found an email from them stating the package had to be rerouted, later a comment that the package was on customs for standard processing, also say that next update in about 3 days! but that it has to be rerouted before,
I checked with my bank and the charges were made by a heur digimedia...or so, not from Pixiolane. Now I can not find Pixiolane on the web.
I will wait a couple of days otherwise I will go all the way for a fraud claim thorugh My bank!

I made a purchase on 6.14.26 for a bluetooth machine that looked like a large retro vinyl record. It looked dope. It was for 29.99. that should have been the first red flag. I did a Google research on the name/company and it came back looking legit. Today is 7.13.26 still no package. All of a sudden I can't get into the email I used for this purchase. A lot of suspicious things are going on trying to get some sort response as to where my order is. When I placed this order I screenshot the receipt and there was a part they put in their receipt that said something to the effect "any attempt to dispute the charge through the bank before contacting them will be viewed as fraud" and I guess they will do....what? I've tried to contact them and the only way I could get to them is from my original email and that avenue is blocked. So yeah, I would say they are a big, BIG scammer.

I ordered an item on June 14, lengthy “track you order” with almost daily updates stringing you along. Then supposedly out for delivery and all sorts of random reasons they could make a delivery. This is a scam and needs to be shut down.

I placed the order in May. My autobiography has been delivered today. They keep rerouting me around, giving me all kind of excuses now this year, they say they deliver a temp, but nobody deliver anything, try to deliver anything that Nancy is in the vehicle broke down. Package return to depot re-dispatch tomorrow morning. This is nothing but a scam. No customer communication to speak to email. Nobody contact me back. They took my money out of my account. I will what is this advice anyone who order through them? Be careful.

I should have searched TrustPilot first. I have had the same experience as everyone else. No order and will file fraud investigation with my bank.

I ordered my product on June 14th and still have not received my package. Got a message yesterday saying there was a delivery attempt no one was home at the address. And that a second attempt will be today 7-11-26 I have been sitting on my couch no one rang my door bell or even knocked. They got my money I think it is a scam they could have left it at my door. I will be calling my institution to get my money back this is some BS.

I ordered on the 26th of June and still haven't received it...my tracking continues to say the same thing over and over. Updates is still the same, and it continues to say updates in teo days.. wtf...this is horrible.

I ordered 6/20 I have been in contact with them the whole time and can even track my order from help@the supportcare.com I will give a better rating once I receive the product but this rating is for the length of time it has taken me to receive order. Again from day one i do have a link to track the order and it is coming from overseas.

haven't recived my order took my money off my card $99.98 I tried their email no reply yet..I need help and this is a scam

A place to order June 17 and even received an order number on the site but ended up receiving separate emails saying my cart was pending yet my bank account was charged the amount of the purchase $34.98. No delivery yet

I have not received my order. The website just continues to reroute and delayed order. I believe that it is a scam.

SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Took my money gave me the run around

SCAM. They will just give you the run around for your order. You'll be talking to a AI the entire time. You'll never get your order. They say 5-7 business days. You'll never see it. SCAM. Stay clear.

This is a scam everything about it screams scam. It has fake reviews and even a fake trustpilot review site it adds to much work for just a scam
