This was an amazing platform at first. The owner was very responsive, reasonable and interactive in the Discord. I've been a customer since Nov 2025 but today I cancelled my membership.

I know that NSFW content generation is a hot topic and you might have different views, but that's what I used the platform for. It had never been an issue and the owner even labelled certain models as "spicy".
Then, over the weekend he did a complete rug pull. Completely deleted the discord, removed all NSFW features from the platform, and the most egregious offense, deleted content from my library. And not just from me, but I saw posts from other people saying that they had lost thousands of previously generated content. Whether you support NSFW AI generations or not, these are generations that we paid actual money for and the owner of the site provided no warning or grace period for us to safely off-load our content from the platform.
Any mention of these issues using their built in feedback feature just get deleted even if they have a lot of upvotes.

Even if you don't want to generate NSFW content, I wouldn't trust a platform or company that swears that "your content is safely stored" and then does a complete 180 and deletes potentially hundreds of dollars worth of content from your account with no warning.

They sent me an email that my membership would renew in a day. I forgot I use it so cancelled. I have been testing a lot of these ai sites to see which is best using the 30 day free program. This is the only one out of 5 that gave me this message. I will keep that in mind.

I paid for 400 credits and when I generated the videos, I wasn't able to see the first few and suddenly half of my credits were used. When I reached out to customer service, they emailed me a cocky and unprofessional response.

Won't let you cancel and keeps charging you. It's a scam trying to cancel it with my credit card now and they make that super difficult too. Scammers.

It's hard to pay money so that AI can hone it's craft. At pixeldojo TOU PAY no matter what the ai creates. Everything it creates is substandard! -& if a smug human gets back to you via email - here's an example of what you'll hear: " I would need to see your prompts and such. (The support system is a third party, has nothing to do with me)"
