Scammer! Please help me to refund my money

It’s an awesome website to edit your pictures, kind of confusing to use but it is good overall.

SCAM! It will asked first to link your Gcash that cost P1.00.
Then after a few days, a P599.00 will be charged AUTOMATICALLY (auto-debit) via gcash.

With me, it was twice!
May 10 = P599
June 3 = P599

There's no way to unlink your gcash thru their website so what I did is call GCASH so they can unlink the merchant to your gcash account. Processing time is 48 hrs.
Just ensure your gcash do not have a fund while waiting for the unlinking.

P.S. Pixelcutout is their screen name but the real business name is Hongkong Star Glory Internet Technology Co. Limited!

I would like a refund. Last night, it charged me autodebit of ₱599 when I didn't even avail anything from their account. I initially paid twice for an HD bg removed picture but I never received the picture. I asked for a refund for the deducted auto debit account. Hopefully, I will be able to refund even if it's just half of my money.

The same thing happened to me. I was suddenly charged 599. I tried cancelling subscription but when i checked google playstore it showed that i did not have any active subscription. I want a refund. I'm worried that it will charge me again for the next month if I don't have anyway to cancel subscription

I recently signed up for what I believed was a ₱1 trial, but I was unexpectedly charged ₱599. I did not intend to subscribe to the full plan, and I wasn’t aware that the trial would automatically convert into a paid subscription.

totally scam, their acces my ccout and take money from them, really phising and scam

On May 15, I was deducted 599 pesos from my gcash without my knowledge. I only saw that pixelcutout managed to take 599 and I don't know how. I reached out to their support team for a refund, after loooong daaays, after bombarding them with multiple emails, I was given half of my money back which was 300. Now I'm currently asking them, when are they the rest of my money, and they haven't emailed back. I really want to get things over with. This is draining the hell out of me. Their support team is incredibly slow in replying. I hope as they are quick on deducting money without consent, they could also be that quick in giving them back. No one wants this kind of service. No one deserves this, and it breaks my heart that a lot of people have already fell this kind of inconvenience.

It said on the website that it’ll take 5-7 business days for the refund, it’s already the eighth day after the sudden deduction from my account. Will you still respond to my emails or will you just keep on scamming people?

Initially, they will only ask Php1 every download of the edited photo. However, Pixelcut out automatically deducted Php599 from my account. I didn't subscribe nor purchase anything from them.

My GCash account was deducted Php 299.00, but I didn't make any purchase.

I was charged without my permission or any prior notice! Initially, they claimed it was just a ₱1 deduction, but later on, they charged me ₱599 without consent. There is no option to cancel or request a refund. This feels like a scam! They keep deducting money from your account without authorization!
