Email was compromised 10 mins after singing up on there site.

Absolute trash. Their watermark remover removes logos and everything else. Most photos came through with the watermarks still there, like it couldn't detect it. Sad. Never paying for this again.

Do not use. This is a subscription trap.

BIG SCAM!!!
They mislead the customer charging a yearly amount that was never presented at the time of the purchase.
The real total amount never appears at the time of the purchase, and the customer is able to notice it just later by checking the credit card charge.
When we get in contact with them complaining they say that there is nothing they can do because I have bought an annual subscription... and refused to refund the charged amount.
Total scam! Do not trust them!

HUGE SCAM!!! I thought I was purchasing 100 credits for $10.94 and was charged $475.71!!! Their response was "You might have toggled it to annual instead of monthly subscription..." I did NOT see this at all. It went directly to Paypal. I checked Paypal about an hour later and that is where I saw the charge. So far, they have refused to refund this charge. I believe their site is set up in a way that you do not see this yearly option until it is too late!!! Stay away from this company. All I get is a "form" email stating they cannot do anything. Terrible! Honest people being scammed!!!!

This platform is a scam and should be taken down and legally pursued for stealing other people money!!!!

The product itself just doesn't work at all. They billed me double the amount said on the page and there's absolutely no support.
Their software doesn't even work, it's a total fraud.
I've filed a complain with Paddle, they should take down that fraudulent business soon.

August 27,2024- PixelBin has to be a criminal organization. They have done nothing as far as giving back our money they took. No help from PayPal either. $294 gone and nothing we can do. Pixelbin is ran by criminals

Today is Aug 1, 2024. Still nothing from PixelBin. It’s crazy they can steal your money and you can’t do anything about it. Theft is a crime. This company is horrible.

**PixelBin replied to this post (7/24/24 @0450 hrs). I have sent them another email with the email address associated with the fraudulent withdrawal of $294. We shall see if they make it right. I will update this post when and if they do.

Pixel Bin charged us $294 for a trial my wife got. They took the money through PayPal after attempting 3 times through our attached debit card that was declined they somehow drafted $294 through our attached bank account. Paddle is who the money was taken by on behalf of Pixelbin. They still have not returned our money. This is theft plain and simple.

I would give this a zero if I could. It stated that I could get 100 credits for $29 but they ended up charging me $190 and refused to refund me. I reported this to my bank. I used less than 50 credits. I wouldn't have used any if I knew about the false advertising.

Huge scam!
I signed up for a “free trial” and after registration I immediately cancelled the subscription. But here two months later, I see they have withdrawn money from my account twice.
So I again today hopefully canceled it, contacting their “support” is just a waste of time.
Don’t use their service, find other alternatives.

I wish I'd checked the reviews here first. I was checking out buying a few tokens bc I wanted to support a small business. Somehow instead of the couple tokens for $4 I was charged $640.89 FOR THE WHOLE YEAR!

Then apparently you're supposed to go in and deactivate your account or else they don't give you you're refund they claim everywheres they give out when you ask. But if you deactivate, they won't give you the refund bc you don't have an account.

Now I'm $700 in the hole and they're digging their heels in. So awful and dishonest for a business to act this way

They steal your money!!! Do not give them your card details!! They will claim you have bought their product - which they do not provide btw- and even issue an invoice as if it is legit. If you have given them your card details cancel your card now!! I signed up nearly a year ago and did a free trial and now they charged money and claim I made a purchase when I wasn't even on their page in almost a year. My bank's fraud team and local authorities have been informed.

The company is a scam. They take your card details and take their payment, they you will find the software doesn't work. When you try to contact them, you will get no response at all. I have tried various email addresses for the company and I am just being ignored.

I've only used background remover and quality enhancer so far but both work so well (for free too!)

The service advertises a paid credit system for image enhancement. I bought 300 credits on PixelBin for $99 USD, but the website unexpectedly deducts credits for undisclosed reasons, causing a rapid depletion of the purchased credits. The description of the purchase does not accurately reflect the service delivered to customers. PixelBin is a scam.

Product works well. The issue is that the credit consumption seems to be completely detached from the actual usage. So I consumed all my credit way before I got the actual number of uses I paid for. I feel cheated

Awful and confusing website!

The website is very difficult to navigate even if the product offered is very good. I signed up for the Free Watermark Remover software and was given 1 credit per day, which is fine for me as I don't have many photos to process and I certainly don't want to pay on a monthly basis. This didn't last long and now I cannot even process a single photo at all, apart from a very low-resolution photo, which is useless. Very dodgy in my opinion and I certainly wouldn't give them my credit card details.

SCAM! My card was charged but did not receive my 500 credits. In the midst of getting a chargeback from my bank, avoid at all cost! Customer Service is so bad and almost non-existent.
