Slow motion replacement.
The item was delivered damaged, you were advised immediately, photo proof provided to your cs person, they re-ordered it and though it was clearly advised as now required urgently, your cs representative managed to get a delivery date 2 days longer than if I simply re-ordered it myself. Then with numerous discussions to speed things up... lots of promises, no expedited delivery. Going to be almost 4 weeks to supply something that should have been 5 days.
