I was already incredibly pleased with my initial purchase and had left a 5* review stating so. Sadly 2 days after receiving the image, our beautiful boy crossed the rainbow bridge. I reached out to see if I can have some adjustments made to include his favourite toy. This was actioned within 24 hours and several edits were made so I could ensure I had the exact version I wanted to treasure his memory forever.
