PixArt Creatives Recenzje

The photo looks so much like my pup! We miss him very much. The first one I got was not what I wanted, and i let them know and they redrew mine......It PERFECT!!!

amazing job of capturing his image

A1 service. Excellent product

Easy to order, quick to receive, darling pictures.

The team worked until we had the perfect print of our beloved Rolo. There was a small issue with the frame when it arrived but was resolved very promptly. I would have no hesitation recommending Pix Art Creatives for anyone wanting a special drawing of their beloved pet. Many thanks!!

PixArt Creatives made the most wonderful Disney-fied dog portrait of my two French Bulldogs. They are so great! And they were so easy to work with. I have several adjustments over two drafts and they were patient and helpful. Highly recommend!

It came out great. I love it. And as we went back-and-forth with slight detail changes, the artist was extremely professional. I might do the same thing with previous pets and put them all together. Time to look at pictures.

I am so happy with the experience I had in commemorating a beloved family companion for my daughter as a birthday gift. Communication was amazing and the entire experience gave us art that will be cherished lifelong.
Thank you for a wonderfully fun product!

It was easy to submit pictures and to give feedback for changes.

I previously left a positive review after my order was canceled and a refund was confirmed. However, I am now still waiting for the refund well beyond the stated 3–5 business days.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a transaction/reference ID or a clear confirmation of when the refund was actually processed. Communication has remained polite, but the lack of concrete information is concerning.
I hope this situation is resolved soon, as it is currently affecting my overall experience.

Update:

I am updating my previous review. While my order was officially canceled, the refund has still not been received despite the initial 3–5 business day timeframe.
Communication has remained polite, and I have now received confirmation that the order was canceled. However, the refund process has taken significantly longer than expected, and I am still waiting for the funds to appear in my account.
I hope this matter is resolved soon and will update this review again once the refund is completed.

Update: After 11 work days I just go my money back but had to write an email everyday to remember them otherwise would take me longer.

I love my canvas! They worked with me until the coloring was just right. It’s a perfect marriage of my love for my fur baby and Disney!

It was an easy process
But I did have some Issues probably because I am old. First, when I got me digital file back it came over as orderpix blahbah and did not land in my in box because of the "order" heading and it laned in my unread file. that caused some delays with that process.
Second when I sent in for revisions I also asked if I would need to send in a email stating I accept that as a approved before I ordered my print. I did not get any directions on that. That did cause some confusion with one of my pics and delays but it all worked out in the end.

The artwork is fantastic and the ordering process was quick and very easy.

The artwork of my sisters dog Ernie was fantastic and very realistic.
My sister loved it , Ernie loves it and the creative team listened to my input.
Well done team. Brendan

I gave my wife a portrait of our 2 labs for her birthday. They have very different personalities and PixArt captured both brilliantly! In under 5 minutes my wife had updated her Google profile with the image.

Amazing and responsive customer service. They did a great job and even resent me my image 6 months later after i misplaced the first one. Support their business and enjoy a fun image in return. Will use again!

The company was very responsive and I received my artwork quickly. I asked for a slight revision and they did it very quickly to perfectly represent my dog. I love my piece!

Great product, I got exactly what I was hoping for and my daughter loved it

The team really captured the essence of our beautiful baby girls from the photos I provided. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
I look forward to having this printed and being able to remember my beautiful girl forever.

I’ve ordered four of these so far. Two for myself and two for family. They’re adorable and came out really great. Thanks!
