I'm sorry to hear you didn't find the same choice of cans on our Pivovar website. We had recently created a sister website (www.drinkitin.co.uk) to cater for direct to consumer can and bottle sales and changed our Pivovar site to cater more for direct to business keg, cask and bag in box sales.
We love to hear about and source the drinks people want to buy so don't hesitate to tell us what you need if it's unavailable.
Similar issue with Batham's resolved very satisfactorily…
I had a similar issue with Batham's beer from Pivovar as Jon O'Brien, but I had a much better experience and have no complaint at all about how Pivovar handled it in my case.
Once informed of my issue Paul, the MD of Pivovar, personally intervened and I was promptly sent a replacement shipment from another batch of Bathams. This time it was fine, which is great as I really like this beer. Paul emailed on the day it was due to check I had received the replacemnent beer. I am a satisfied customer and would, and will, order from Pivovar again.
I should add that apart from this issue, swiftly and professionally resolved, I have always found Pivovar to be a relaible supplier and, when i have had occasion to contact them on the phone, friendly and helpful.
I would unhesitatingly recommend them as a good supplier of good beer. I am only sorry Batham's, a brewer of said good beer, appear to have some consistency issues with their bottled bitter, but I do not hold Pivovar responsible for that.

Had to teach the company UK consumer legislation.
Have bought from Pivovar on several occasions in the past and was very happy with the service, however, my latest experience means I'll not be buying from the company again.
The beer I ordered had a problem. Spoke to the sales manager who asked me to forward my order number. I did so. Heard nothing from him for nearly a week, so contacted the brewer who asked for photographs and other info before accepting that I was owed a refund and they would refund Pivovar. Forwarded the email to Pivovar. Told the person who could sort out the refund was on holiday but I would get my refund when they came back ten days later. A week after they came back I'd still heard nothing, so I called the sales manager who told me he was waiting for the brewery to refund them before giving me my refund, contrary to UK consumer legislation, under which Pivovar is responsible for the refund, not their supplier. Sales manager apparently unaware of his company's obligations under UK law.
Finally spoke to the MD, who has promised an immediate refund.
It's now one day short of four weeks since Pivovar's sales manager was made aware of the problem and he did bugger all about it. I've had to do all of the work on this matter without getting any satisfaction. Suggest you avoid this company unless they up their game considerably, preferably with a new sales manager.

Great service
We had been looking for Krombacher since we return from our trip to Germany. Pivovar had a great selection at a competitive price. Very speedy, efficient service. Will use them again.

Those hard to find gems!!!
I always struggle to find Bathams - in my opinion, the best ale ever made. It was fantastic to find this on your site. Service was incredibly, in particular the packaging which ensured the item arrived in perfect order. I will be ordering more and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you!
