So, This is my story.
First of all, the big question: Does it work? It can. for a while, out of the programs 500+ students less than 10% has actually succeeded. in the end you will have to create a new channel once every few months to keep it going.
I joined this program 2 years ago after a few personal calls with the owner Victor. I Paid, got access and the Journey started. for over a year I did everything right, followed the instructions I recieved to the letter by my coach. even though the trends and the market told me that my niche was dying i was instructed to continue and niche out, my dog-channel was gonna be a cat channel, which highly contradicts the logic of being as down niched as possible.

After 14 months of nothing and about 5K invested I called him in again to use the payback clause, which I have fullfilled. that stated that I am allowed the money back if I have done what I've been told. I had some personal money issues at the time. Instead I was offered to being financed for my editor which was the highest cost of the production.

there and then We struck a gentlemans agreement, I gave him 20 videos, if it didn't work I wanted to get a refund. My mistake was to not get it in writing.

Fast forward in time: It didn't work. Pivotal Media then refuses to give my money back, which is a breach of contract. in all fairness, I was offered a full ride for free until I make it but at that time i was done with all this, I had found another source of income.

When I very respectfully decline and ask him to honor our agreement I get kicked out of the community and the replies stop. 3 days later I recieve an email with a bullshit offer, not even 40% of my invested money, which means that I paid for those "free videos". along with a threat that if I don't accept the offer I will get nothing, and they call it good faith..

because of the fact that I had to sue them in Canada would have been just as expensive even if I would have won, so I had no choice but to accept the offer.

They are your friend as long as you play by their rules. But contract law and fairness mean nothing. I have every chat documented for future proof.

I have since then found trading which doesn't require me to put all my savings in, or work with other people that doesn't deliver. I have already made more money than I invested in this firm, Can strongly recommend ICT on youtube, its free.

After a few months in the program I was able to finally monetise my channel and it has been quite the journey. There were times I felt stuck and that's where the 1on1 coach really helped guide you along the way and get you on the right path to success. Everyone in the community is really helpful and supportive and always bring positive vibes. I would definitely recommend joining this program

I decided to join this program as a last-ditch effort after struggling to turn YouTube into a sustainable business for nearly a year. I joined in December and posted my first video in early January; after just three weeks and seven videos, I was fully monetized!

What makes this program stand out are the coaches and the supportive community. With multiple calls per week, the coaches assist with every aspect of your channel (Script, Thumbnails, Understanding Analytics). They are constantly working with you to find out what works and what doesn't. It’s been truly an exceptional experience.

I joined Pivotal Media Coaching program back in November 2023. To be completely transparent, I didn’t make much progress during the first year because of work and life commitments. By the time I reached June 2025, I was already past the official coaching period. I politely reached out to the team, and I’m genuinely grateful that Victor decided to give me a second chance and extend the coaching. That alone already told me a lot about the heart behind this program.

During that period, I also went through a major family loss. It put me in a position where I had to step up and make things work — no excuses. The coaching, community and structure ended up becoming the support system I didn’t know I needed.

I finally launched my channel on 19 December 2025 and committed to posting weekly. On 16 January 2026, with just 6 videos, my channel hit monetization. Reaching monetization within a month felt surreal, especially after being stuck for so long before joining this program.

Now, for anyone wondering about the actual coaching experience:

(1) The group calls are one of the program’s strongest components. You get a mix of guidance, strategy, and real feedback — but also the comfort of knowing you’re not building alone. Talking to people who are in the same grind makes a huge difference.

(2) The community is genuinely supportive. People share wins, challenges, data, and ideas that spark creativity. It’s not just a place full of random messages — it’s an actual ecosystem.

(3) The course is structured in a way where you don’t feel overwhelmed, and the lessons are constantly updated as YouTube changes.

(4) The coaching itself has been practical, honest, and grounded. Warren has been an incredible coach, especially on strategy, pacing, and mindset. He doesn’t just hype you up — he guides you in the right direction.

One thing I want to highlight: this program works, but it takes two to tango. Victor and the coaches provide the roadmap, the feedback, and the knowledge. But you still need to execute, stay consistent, and push through the uncomfortable parts. I had to do my part — but I never felt like I was doing it alone.

Lastly, YouTube itself evolves quickly, and what reassures me is that Victor isn’t stuck in “2019 tactics.” He constantly reviews and improves the course material and coaching structure to stay up-to-date. If I tried doing this alone, I would have gotten stuck, lost motivation, and spiraled into overthinking (which used to happen a lot).

I’m still early in my journey, but I can say confidently that this coaching program helped me go from “stuck for over a year” to “monetized in one month with 6 videos.” For anyone who’s serious about YouTube and wants a real support system instead of just buying another course — this has been worth it.

It took me some time to make the choice to start the coaching at Pivotal. I had been experimenting in the Youtube scene, but I did know that I needed help to get to a higher level.
The guarantee that you would earn the money back, gave me the final push. And I am still happy with the choice to start the coaching.

Pivotal is a real community. The coaches are really invested with all the members. There are 11 calls per week, where you can get your questions answered or your channel reviewed or just listen to the questions other member have and reviews of their channels.

It is not that you can sit back, you have to do the work. When you have everything started; picked the niches, taken the classes, wrote scripts, hired editors and it all works, the work will be less.

It took me 1,5 months to get monetized, a milestone and quicker than expected and boy what was I proud.

The course gave me exactly what I was looking for: a clear explanation of automation processes and how to run YouTube as a business. I monetized my channel within two months and I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

Victor is very knowledgeable,well spoken & sincere. He knows his subject matter very well. I'm grateful that there are still people out in the world that want to give something back to those in need of some guidance to get to the next level.

Before joining Pivotal Media Coaching I had ZERO knowledge of YouTube Automation. Victor made it so easy to go through the process- assigned me a Coach who guided me through. We have classroom sessions on zoom almost every day of the week where our scripts, videos are reviewed b4 posting and channels were reviewed also, Every questions answered, and even when I had issues with my adsense the team assisted me to resolve it. My channel qualified for monetization within 2 months of creating it and posting. I have also gone ahead to start a 2nd channel on my own and its not doing badly. Victor and his team are very genuine people and willing to teach you everything they know to make sure you succeed- no gate keeping. I joined Victor's YT Automation Program 6 months ago. Before him, I went through the presentations for a couple of other such courses as well. Great coaches and they know what they r talking about

He kept me interested for 3.5 hrs on what I thought was gonna be a 1hr call.

You know how they say, “If it seems too good to be true, it probably is?” Well, this is the exception to the rule. I am completely blown away by the support, knowledge, and expertise that Victor and the other coaches bring to the table, and I cannot say enough good things about this program.

After wasting a ton of money on other programs (including online storefronts and high-ticket sales that offered very little support), it feels almost surreal to finally experience success. I can't believe my YouTube channel took off in just 8 videos and got monetized, which is something I never thought would happen this quickly.

While people might think YouTube is something you can figure out by watching videos, it's definitely not as easy as it seems. I guarantee I would have quit or given up when things got a little tough without the constant encouragement from the coaches and the amazing community that Pivotal Media has created. The coaches are unbelievably generous with their time and Victor is so incredibly patient. It's clear he genuinely wants everyone to succeed.

Of course, this isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme, you absolutely have to put in the work, especially in the beginning, but it’s SO worth it.

Couldn't even get in. Victor is a thin-skinned jerk who banned me just because I was telling the truth and asking for some meat instead of hype. I checked and it turns out he needs to do the hyping because he wants you to cough up a big bunch of money. See all the 5-star reviews? Don't you think that's a little fishy? How many people have spent thousands of dollars and countless hours, only to end up broke or deeper in debt than they were before? These guys never tell you about all those people. No, they just blame everyone else, not themselves. BEWARE!

And now he's jumping on me again. OH, my, I was "spamming the chat after being asked multiple times to stop"? I wasn't just spamming, I was making inciteful comments. I don't remember being asked to stop even once. In fact, he seemed quite amused by several of my comments.

I should say I didn't mean "hype" as in "hyperbole," but that he was going on and on, talking about everything except the "value" I'm sure he got to eventually. Of course, as you can see from his reply, at the end of the webinar it turns out you have to pay for the pot at the end of the rainbow you thought you could get to by watching the webinar. (Oh, yeah, not "riches" but they all say that, apparently not realizing that what they go on about sounds like riches to a lot of us.)

And how silly to complain that "everyone else in the room deserves to actually hear the training without one person constantly pestering" or "interrupting viewers" when we're talking about the chat bar on the side! Everybody could hear just fine, and the speaker could have just ignored me.

I wouldn't have minded if they had just banned me from the chat. I suppose they didn't have the technical ability, but clearly the problem was that I wasn't being a good little sheeple. I get tired of these guys asking "duh" questions and expecting (and largely getting) a bunch of knee-jerk chirpy responses. If I'd noticed a request to stop, I would have.

I do want to make it clear that I don't mean that any of the positive reviews are fake, I mean, it's fishy when any program or company has only positive reviews. Glowingly positive. There are always some disgruntled people -- yes, they probably didn't stick with the program and lost their money, maybe they were at fault. But it is hard to say what's what when we don't see any. Maybe there were some, but the posters deleted them because somebody called them liars, slanderers, or something like that.

I'm sure if you pay whatever the program costs, and stick with it (maybe paying for upsells after the initial cost?) you will have a good chance of making money. If. I'd just like to know how many people don't, and why.

And I figure one negative review out of almost 70 isn't going to hurt; maybe it will provide that missing balance.

But you don't know me, Viktor, and you've just shown what a petty person you are.
