Was missing parts fan died within 30 days no paperwork to setup the timer just nothing but problems still have not gotten a crop off of it

Customer service was great and…
Customer service was great and responded really quickly.
Unfortunately due to Covid19 its taking awhile to get my stuff so I can't wait to see the quality of the equipment.
I also wish they had put up the specs for the lights to find the photo efficacy of the lights and what type of filter is being used.
Other than they have so far been very open, helpful, and responsive.

Currently on hold for 1.5 with canpar…
Currently on hold for 1.5 with canpar because I only received box 1 of 2 after requesting to pick up from depot and registered for text updates...
Delivery came in the morning, I was home, driver never called and kept a box...
Reception apparently signed a line once for 2 boxes... uhmm.
First delivery came to my door and I signed... this time I never signed and was never updated by canpar to call driver and now I have been waiting for a call for 1.5 hrs...
The only thing I received was the tent... everything else is MIA
I never got one update only a request for feedback...
Canpar... you suck
Piverto... How do I get a refund for shipping cause I paid you, if product never arrives then what...
Contacted Max and he found my box, delivered next day, one wrong part easily replaced at hardware store... and I got a 15% coupon for my next order...
Thanks Max, everything is all set up and my plants love there new corner suite tent.
1 to 4 stars... Piverto definitely pivoted this frowner into a smile.
