Love the sunglasses amazing work and great quality

I never write reviews, but feel compelled to let people know what an amazing experience I had ordering our pits!

I placed an order from the Canadian site on December 13. Said I'd get them in 5 days. But then I read the reviews here and got scared. I emailed after 30 hours of not receiving a confirmation. Received a response within 15 hours. Seemed a little automated, so I contacted them through the website. Got an immediate response from a real person. They gave me the Canada post tracking number. I received them today.

No problems with packaging- got what I ordered.

I give an absolute 120% review of this company!!! Great customer service - amazing delivery time - as they promised on their website. Kudos to the Pit Viper team!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR LOST DELIVERY - My kid wanted a pair for his birthday. I ordered early to make sure he'd have them. Still waiting. DHL has said to contact the merchant, which I already had, to let them know there was an issue with the delivery. I am entitled to a refund (for an undelivered / LOST item.) So far Pit Viper has not stepped up to do the right thing.

I want to write a review because you lot scared the bejesus out of me when I paid for the PVs and then read the reviews.

They are still overpriced and ugly but apparently that is the look teen son is going for. The emails that are sent are borderline pornographic but see point above.

They did however arrive as described and 10 days earlier than expected. DHL gave a regular update and the delivery company formally known as Hermes (despite their track record, delivered them perfectly) delivered them to my door.

I always query reviews posted on here as in all honesty think most are fake so trying to come up with a way to make you know I am real (not to help you really but rather I appreciate when others try to help) if you Google GON you will find out about an excellent football manager that has been let down by greedy owners. Hopefully this is proof I'm not a bot.

I placed an order and received a non-functional tracking number. I emailed their customer support and received a reply within an hour from a real person who fixed my issue. By far the best customer service I’ve ever received from an online store.

The look is amazing and is fun to see my son wear the polarized la brights to school and outside. I would definitely buy more for me and my family

scammers! i payd for express shipping and the order not arrived till after 14 days! and tracking says they still waiting for package!!

Sadly put a item in the cart on a Saturday, as you go to check out it suggests to buy a case. Had a question about the case they suggested as wanted to buy it if it was a hard case. Emailed them and tried to call them but being a Saturday understandably they don’t have a support available. Waited till Tuesday to get a response and didn’t get one so forwarded the email that was sent on Saturday as now the glasses had gone back to full price. They then got back about the case. I messaged back as now with the glasses being full price and the email showing Saturday thought they would at least do that price and NOPE.
Not impressed at all.
Clearly don’t need or want the business. It’s very clearly dated Saturday saying he has them in the cart and the site suggested buying a case, he enquired about case….no response…would of thought they would of seen sense. I would give zero out of 10 if I could. Very disappointed pit viper Australia

Bestel niet om Pitviper NL!! Na vier weken wachten kreeg ik geen bril in de brievenbus maar een rare portemonnee! Weet niet wat hier is gebeurd maar ben zwaar opgelicht.

Poor quality, the nose pads fall off, the legs are loose and generally they just feel cheap and nasty. If they were £30 they’d be alright but not what you’d expect when paying over £100.

Buy the knock offs on Amazon, they’re cheaper and better quality. (Although still not great)

I really like how the glasses look and how cool they are. I bought a pair a while ago and they were amazing thank you so much!

I am in Australia. I ordered the sunglasses last saturday 17th of December 2022, with the hope they will be shipped on monday 19th and arrive before Xmas- as stated on their website. I had not received a text nor email with a tracking number by tuesday 20th so I emailed the email on their webpage AND send a message through they "contact us message" on their web page. The next morning I got a text from them which I did not understand, got back on their website and chatted with someone via "the chat room" link who explained what was happening with my order. Once I got off the chat, I received an email and they sorted everything for me, send the sunglasses express so I could have them for Xmas AND added an extra for my bother !
Today is thursday 22nd of December and I received them after lunch. I am stoked 👍

I have to say I freaked out for a couple of days because I came across all the negative scammer review here, so really felt the need to leave a review and let others know that there are three avenues to contact them:
- Email / - Chat Room Online on their webpage / - sending a message through the message section of their website (scroll down bottom of the page, select "Crancky people stuff", then "Contact".

Edited: I was contacted and they did send another pair express free of charge. Unfortunately, neither arrived for Christmas. But I did appreciate that they ended up replying and for the free pair of glasses.

Website says will post express for Christmas. Did not send express and they do not reply to any emails.
There is no way to contact them via phone.
Now I am out of pocket over $100 and one of my kids gets no Christmas present.
I am lodging a complaint with the relevant authorities.
They ignore any communication attempts.
