Kevin was my initial contact when I sent over my data to be recovered. The process was very simple, they completed their work within the original time frame given and I'm not 100% sure, but most of my data was recovered. I had extensive family genealogy research on my flashdrive which had unfortunately became corrupt and disabled. I stupidly had not backed up my work for almost a year. I was panicked and distraught. All my hard work was lost. I called Pits Data Recovery and Eric calmly walked me through some steps and said their company could try to retrieve my files. I was nervous but sent my drive via mail to them. Within 3 weeks I got word my files were successfully recovered.. awesome job.

I had a wonderful experience with PITS Data Recovery. I conduct geneological research and stored many valuable documents on an external hard drive. When this drive failed I contacted PITS Data Recovery for assistance. My contact was with Eric Morgan, he walked me through the process, kept me informed during the investigation and recovery, and expedited the return of the recovered data. Upon its return I was able to reintegrate the recovered data seamlessly. Thank you PITS.

I paid over $4500 for data recovery and over $500 for a hard drive enclosure for a second copy of my data. At first they told me my original enclosure would work, so I provided drives. Then they told me it was faulty, but that they had an enclosure selling for retail at $1000, but they'd give it to me for $500. I ask they confirm that it had USB connectivity to my computer. They said it did. I did a quick google search to compare costs for what I was looking for, and saw the product they were offering did have a USB. I took them at their word about the discount and its connectivity, as they're the experts. I agreed to purchase it. When I received the product with my data, I could not access the data because the USB was not for the purpose I intended to use it for, I did some research and found that the device only works using a LAN cable with a different speed. I also received the product without original packaging, without warranty and without instructions. I then looked at the product model and saw it was discontinued--that it was not retailing at all. I called for a refund. They returned my call, I was told that they reviewed the calls, and since I was given the model number, I was capable of doing my own research, and they refused a refund.

I had a number of 30-year-old and valuable data tapes that needed to be recovered for implementation and exhausted my own hardware limits and those of my trusted resources before I ran across PITS. Kevin C. professionally addressed my concerns and efficiently got the job done. Wish I’d known about this firm months ago.

Kevin and Emma did amazing on recovering my HDDs data. I was only expecting to get a small amount of stuff back, but they got all my 77gb of my data! I'm so grateful to PITS for their effort in getting my stuff back to me. I'm definitely gonna recommend them to my friends in the future!

I was concerned that my drive would not be accessible due to its age and size of files but PITS were able to pull almost all my data. Mailing defective product was easy with their prepaid mailing label. Pricing was fair due to the sensitive content I had stored.

I contacted pits data recovery requesting they can get all photos and some data that I had accidentally deleted from my recycle bin, after paying over £490.00 al I have received is memory stick with only some photos of and a few parts of data that was just on my harddrive. So if you just want a part copy of what is just on your harddrive on a memory stick for over £490.00 go to this firm.Before I contacted this firm I already contracted another firm and they retrieved more data but not all I Required for less than £60.00. Incidentally Pits data recovery are refusing to give me a refund dispute what is on their contract if they can't get the information required they would give a refund.

I sent in my drive for an evaluation being told it may be $250. A couple weeks pass and they never called me back, so I had to step up and call. Once my drive was in their possession, the new quote was $2400 and tried to sell me on a discount of $1500 for a testimonial when no work was even done yet. After telling the rep that I could not afford it due to an emergency he wouldn't have it. As much as I wanted the drive back to send to another, he kept guiding me away from this decision. In order to get anything back, I had to sign. It led me through a slow, antiquated process to receive my data, some of which I did not want to be recovered. Customer service was awful and never properly guided me through the remainder of the recovery. Their previous response to this review is that they will hide behind their contract, which I only signed after I spoken to Mister "Rise and Grind" (I'm sorry I could not find his name on any of our correspondences but remembered this as a comment he said when speaking on the phone). I should have never sent my drive if I properly knew what I was getting into and I suggest you do too!

All the research I did to try and recover the data stored on my external hard drive led me to believe is was a loss after the drive no longer worked. I placed it in a drawer for the last 5 years or so. But I decided to give it another try recently, and I discovered PITS Data Recovery Service.

I was very nervous shipping my hard drive, but I followed their instructions and was notified when they received it.

Within a couple of days they advised they were confident they would be able to retrieve the data from the drive. I gave them the approval to go forward and it was the best decision I could have made.

They were SUCCESSFUL! I was extremely happy with the outcome! The entire process was smooth and easy and everyone involved was very professional and courteous!

I sent my SD card into this company because I had vital footage on it that I wanted to retrieve. They advertise 99% success rate but I must have been the one percent because they found nothing. They had charged me for finding my footage and they then even had the cheek to charge me extra something like £14 to return my Unreadable SD card. After not finding any footage you would have thought that any reasonable company would have just put the SD card in the second class post and sent it back with their apologies. Nothing of the sort. I will never use this company again. All they are after is my money. Shocking.
