THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Will be ordering from y’all again. My item was a little delayed due to reasons out of anyone’s control and they were on top of contacting the manufacturer and getting back to me the same very same day. My baby’s travel system will Still arrive before I expected it . Very pleased with this experience from start to finish.

Best Service! Place to shop baby goods

My daughter had her first child in the heat of covid-19, when all stores were closed, everything had to be done by phone order or watsapp which took forever. Delivery was by shipping which got delayed too. Shop owners were super overwhelmed with phone orders and phone inquiries because I don't have to explain but it's hard shopping for something you don't see in front of you. Well! Not with PISHPOSH, I called them to purchase a Doona, my first time buying one. I knew they had an exclusive one but I had no idea anything about Doona's altogether. The customer rep was so so patient and helpful, explained what Doona's are and the difference between models. I called back 2 more times with questions. each time the customer rep was so nice. She even gave me a better price due to a little misunderstanding on my part, and guess what, they shipped Doona and i received it the next morning!! We are so so happy with our purchase which actually is the exclusive model of Doona. Baby and mom love it. Thank you Pishposh for providing such outstanding hassle-free superb customer service. Will definitely shop again with you.
