Good company. I have always had prompt communication from them on order status. Sometimes, Raspberry Pi products are backordered, so your order gets delayed. People complain about that, but that isn't PiShops problem.

I have had to contact support a couple times. Order related questions are usually responded to in a few hours. Tech Support queries usually get an intelligent response within a day. I consider this good.

To preface this, I use an email obfuscation service when ordering online. This way, my main email, which I use on a daily basis, and need to keep organized, does not get spam. For the same reason, I also never give my real phone number when ordering online (instead just entering 111-111-1111). This way, both my phone, and email are spam-free and I can pick up calls from unknown numbers, knowing they will not just be another spam call.

This company refuses to understand that some people do not wish to give out contact information they use on a daily basis, and keeps cancelling my orders for "suspicious activity", even after contacting me. They also share your personal information with a third-party without giving any clear information of this. I have already confirmed that this is in breach of the CCPA, and a complaint has already been shared with California Privacy Protection Agency enforcement agency.

My first order for ~$100 was cancelled immediatelly.
My second order for ~$10.90 was handed to their third party "fraud prevention" provider. First, I received an automated email asking me to confirm I made the order, which I confirmed. They have then contacted me again, and spent an entire day wasting my time with requests that I provide an "alternate email address for *first name* *last name*". When I provided an alternate email address, they determined "[they] are unable to verify this email address. They refused to provide any reasoning as to what was wrong with this email address, and eventually told me they were going to cancel my order.

I have never had this sort of issue with a fraud prevention provider, and was definitely never contacted to "alternate email address for *first name* *last name*".

Just in case you ever felt like giving ANY fraud prevention provider your information, last year, a DIFFERENT fraud prevention company (Eye4Fraud) got hacked, leaking massive amounts of personal data (CC numbers, from shops utilizing their services. My friend had their $25k credit wiped because of this hack. Coincidentally, this fraudulent transaction was approved by the same fraud prevention provider pishop.us uses :).

TL;DR: Do not shop here if you value having a spam-free phone and email, and prefer not having your CC wiped when their incompetent fraud prevention provider inevitably gets hacked.

Their customer service is great. My Pi 5 died and I emailed them. They emailed me a postage paid label right back. They got it on a Friday and checked it out and emailed right back to ask if I wanted a refund or a new one. I said new one. On Monday morning my new one was in the mail. That is great service.

Leaving feedback my recent experience. Ordered 2 RPI Zero Ws and got an empty pack. First I thought it’s a sketchy and fake company. Wrote an email to the customer support and got a response within 24 hours, even it being during the holiday season and new year. After the email I got consistent communication from customer support and sent me another pack. Even though they made a mistake I like the way they helped in resolving it in a timely manner. At least it’s a legitimate business with good customer support.

Took my order and waited until my card payment cleared 3 days later, then started asking for bizarre amounts of information like my government ID, photos of my credit card, and bank statements. I suspect they never had the item I ordered in stock and intended to stall my order until they had stock available. At the time I ordered they were the only site that claimed to have raspberry pi's in stock.

Ordered first time this month. Received order today in about two days and everything shipped (USPS) exactly as ordered. Prices typical. The packing slip shows that their ordering system is solid and accurate. This company specializes in products for the variations of the Raspberry Pi single board computers. Hence its name. Note that there will be a separate shipping charge, for my $60 order it was about $10.
