Lost my battery in the gulf on Monday
Lost my battery in the gulf on Monday. Ordered a new one b4 I got off the boat. Very convenient. Had new battery at home and on the charger on Sat. Back in the gulf pulling up fish on Monday. Fast convenient and seamless. Great job guys!

Reels are great, instructions are poor…
Purchase and quality of these electric reels is amazing. Unfortunately, the instructions provided are seriously lacking. I reached out to customer service and their response was not helpful. The Krackin reel has several YouTube user videos that are helpful, the AlantiX reel does not. Spooling the reel can be frustrating. The reels fish very nicely. I have four of each type and look forward to fishing with them this year in some challenging conditions.
