This is a highly suspicious broker, with multiple serious red flags:
Zero verifiable presence — it does not appear in any independent database: WikiFX, BrokerChooser, ForexPeaceArmy. Legitimate brokers with a real track record appear in these databases.
No identifiable regulation — no license number, no recognizable regulator, no mention in FCA, ASIC, or any other serious regulatory body's records.
Suspicious domain — the combination of a generic name + .markets domain is a classic pattern of offshore brokers created quickly to collect deposits and disappear.
Do not deposit anything. Pips Arena's profile matches that of a potentially fraudulent broker or, at best, a completely unregulated one, which in practice offers zero legal protection for your capital. If someone referred you to this broker, treat that referral with suspicion as well.

Saque Incompleto
Realizei um pedido de saque de 5495,32 dólares, dos quais debitaram 5000 dólares e depositaram somente 4870 dólares! o restante do valor foi retido sem nenhuma justificativa!
Realizei um novo saque de 495,32 dólares e estou aguardando novamente.
Acredito que os 130 dólares do primeiro saque serão perdidos, pois não consigo solicitar essa diferença direto pela plataforma!
O suporte por e-mail não me retorna mais.

BEWARE: They don't let you withdraw your money
I invested A LOT of money in this brokerage through Fabiano Souza, trusting that I could withdraw my money whenever I wanted, but it's impossible. Possibly a SCAM. I tried contacting support via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email and nothing. It's been 15 days of complete neglect, over 20 emails and ZERO transparency. There's no response from the support, the email is useless, and there's no human chat available as they state in their landing page. After several attempts to resolve the issue the support stopped responding, and I never saw my money again. They blocked the withdrawals, illegally, and kept my money. There is no response to resolve my problem. I do not recommend them, and I believe this is a scam.

Golpe. Não sabemos nem se a corretora existe. Fato é que os saques estão travados, e ninguém responde.
Sou membro de uma turma de mentoria de tranding com aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Nosso mentor, Fabiano Souza, se apresentou como proprietário desta corretora, e nos cativou a enviar recursos para lá operarmos.
Assim fizemos eu vários outros colegas.
Desde então tem sido um pesadelo, estou tentando há mais de um mês sacar meus recursos mas a corretora travou os saques.
Acredito ter sido vitima de um estelionato.

Brokerage that blocks withdrawals without reason, doesn't respond to support, even when the client has fulfilled all the requirements.
I invested some money in this brokerage and made some trades. When I tried to withdraw my money, the withdrawal wouldn't go through. I tried contacting support via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email (they even responded initially, promising to resolve the issue, but always giving different excuses). After several more attempts to resolve the issue via email (more than 30 days), support stopped responding, and I never saw my money again. They simply blocked the withdrawals, illegally, and kept my money. There is no response to resolve my problem. I do not recommend them, and I believe this is a scam.

Depositei 1500$ e não os voltei a ver.
Depositei 1500$ e em algum momento consegui fazer o levantamento do dinheiro, falei com o suporte durante mais de 1 semana, todos os dias, sempre me deram uma resposta diferente e nunca consegui fazer o levantamento do dinheiro.
