I've been a Pipe Ten customer for years, and have always had the absolute best service, and assistance with any issues. I find they're very competitively priced, but by far and away the best thing about Pipe Ten is the customer service. Second to none.

Excellent service prompt and always well informed

I have been using PipeTen's services for over a decade now and there's several reasons for this. They have exactly what I need in terms of a range of services, the prices are reasonable and most of all the customer service and technical support is second to none.

I can't recommend them high enough. A fantastic company with a fantastic team behind the scenes. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Frankly insulting customer service.

UPDATE: After posting this, I got an email from Pipe Ten asking for more details, which I provided at length about how they'd failed to provide support when I had a problem with our email service and hung up on me when I suggested that they ought to try to help. I then got another email saying "they tried to call". I'm not sure how hard they tried – maybe their fingers missed the number keys or something – because they never managed to do so. The poor customer service continues.

After many years in the industry, Pipe10/Purely Domains is one of only two companies in an ever dwindling list that I consider deserve any respect.
They know what they are doing, they don't bluff and they deliver a very efficient and professional service. Credit where credit is due.

I've worked with Pipeten for around 7 years now and no matter how hard I try to break things they are always - always - able to get my sites up and running again in seconds... well, once it was minutes - but fast!
Super friendly and helpful - super knowledgable - and that goes with great pricing and hosting which doesn't cause problems.
I honestly believe that if I didn't touch my sites they would never have a problem.
Unfortunately, I have enough know how to be dangerous - fortunately Pipeten look after me.
I can thoroughly recommend them to anyone - novice or expert.

Strong technical skills and resilient hardware. As an engineer the service from Pipeten Website Hosting is unequalled anywhere. I have been with them for over ten years now and have recommended them countless times to clients and businesses I have worked with. No one has been let down, with many praising their fast response to support calls.

Payment details not used transparently.

I bought a domain and had £200 or previous domains auto-renew even though I didn't give permission to charge this card for additional products.

They charged it anyway.

Asked for a goodwill money back as I have been a long-term customer spending thousands on both their domain and hosting products.

They were not interested and so they have officially lost this loyal customer. I'll be switching to a domain and host provider who have dashboards and functionality that look like they were built post 2000.

You can't bulk change domain statuses and so I took 30mins to go through every domain on my account and disable auto-renew manually.

I'll be switching to a new provider which will be further time spent and very inconvenient. Would rather give my money to a transparent service provider though.

Deliberately clumsy system and rigged to profit.

I never had this problem with other providers and domain auto-renews are not enabled by default with all other providers as they allege.

Very poor experience and I've spent too much money with them as a result.

Should have been prompted on payment that my details were going to be used again. Questionable integrity and not the kind of company I want to do business with.

My living depends on my website, and with pipe ten I know Its in safe and reliable hands. Quick and professional support staff that are the best in their field. I've been with them for over a year now and I will be here for many many more. Keep up the good work, you are the standard by which all the others should be measured.
