After 2 years of not being happy with the product they auto-renwed our license and didn't reply to my email to complain about that.

The sign in flow requires auth each time, and I need to approve permissions, I raised this and they blamed Google, rather than fixing it, it is super annoying and a 5 click login flow is a waste of time and massive annoyance.

The rest of the features work, but not as well as competing products.

Piper es una herramienta ideal para ahorrarte tiempo en el día a día. En todas mis llamadas se conecta y ya no tengo que tomar notas, ni apuntarme tareas ni siquiera escribir correos, todo me lo hace Piper. Por no hablar de que tengo el CRM actualizado sin tener que hacer nada. Solo vender.

Usamos Piper desde hace unos meses y es increíble el tiempo que nos ahorra a la hora de actualizar el pipeline.

En mi caso para las reuniones que tengo, que no son pocas, me viene de fábula puesto que encima capta muy bien lo más importante.

Si a esto le sumas que me redacta los , la función de redacción automática de correos de seguimiento y la creación de tareas es un verdadero game-changer.

Después está la integración con mi CRM la cual es perfecta. El contexto de cada reunión se registra al instante y tener el pipeline actualizado y con datos reales es algo que costaba tener de forma manual. Poder hacer un seguimiento de cómo estamos y cómo vamos es crucial para cerrar mejor los deals.

Es increíble porque hasta que no empiezas a trabajarlo no eres consciente de lo que realmente lo necesitabas!

Ha mejorado mucho el proceso de venta, ya que no nos tenemos que preocupar a la hora de rellenar el CRM. También podemos sacar reportes para ver el rendimiento del equipo y nos sugiere un montón de ideas para mejorar el proceso de venta a nivel personal.
Muy recomendable para equipos de ventas que necesitan olvidarse de la burocracia de los CRMs.
