Sturdy bench for the kitchen - outstanding after sales support.
We bought a bench for the kitchen with pipe brackets. After installing the bench, we realised that the bench was unstable. We contacted the sellers, sending a video of the bench (being unstable) and the brackets and they were able to identify the issue and resolved it immediately by sending new pipes - and this approximately 2 months after the initial purchase.
We are very satisfied with the result - the bench and the pipe brackets look very nice (and were very reasonably priced) - and, of course, with the after sales support which was outstanding in our case. Thank you so much!

Lots of lovely comments
I admit to ordering late on a Friday but having paid for next day delivery it wasn't clear that the company don't progress things over a weekend meaning it was Monday before the 4 metre hand rail was delivered. That apart the product was superb quality, both the oak rail itself and the antiqued fittings. I agree with another review that a pilot hole on the end faces would be an improvement. I overcame that by wrapping a few turns of masking tape to bring the outside diameter of the plastic end cap to the same diameter as the oak rail, then taped it in position so I could ensure the end cap was central. My customer was delighted and has said they've had lots of lovely comments about the product.

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review. We do appreciate your feedback regarding the weekend delivery timing, when selecting next day delivery and have made sure the countdown clock and delivery date confirmation is even more prominent before the order is placed.
We’re delighted to hear you were pleased with the quality of both the oak handrail and the antiqued fittings, and it’s great to know your customer has received lots of lovely comments about the finished result.
Thank you as well for sharing your installation tip regarding the end caps — that’s really helpful feedback and something we’ll certainly take on board.

Fantastic company from start to finish.
Fantastic company from start to finish.
I was placing what i'd consider a fairly large order with a lot of custom requirements, i kept going backwards and forwards on tiny little details and was a bit worried they might start getting annoyed at me but nothing was too much of an ask for their team and we got it all sorted in a few emails.
Delivery was way quicker than i expected and the product quality is absolutely top notch.
Let's not mess about, this stuff is very expensive, but you get what you pay for and i feel like my money was well spent with Pipe Dream Furniture, will be ordering again shortly for the final part of my project.

Purchase of a stair rail bannister

Ordered 4 reclaimed scaffold floating shelves which the client chose gothic finish. I’m a carpenter and used these for a feature wall that I built and I was very impressed with the delivery time and the quality/finish of the product! The price was pretty reasonable and they were very easy to fit coming with fixings and holes pre drilled saving me time and money! Thanks would recommend and return for more projects

Nobody's home !
I telephoned the company to enquire about a bespoke table in early March. The person on the end of the phone was clearly not having a good day/not interested and told me to email in. I did (on 10 March) asking for a quote .... no response at all. I liked the look of the product so emailed again (16 March). Still nothing. Either they are over worked or going out of business as they clearly don't want to make a table for me!
