They don't even reply to emails, i sent 2 emails direct to their email address and 1 message through their contact form, no reply what so ever!
All reviews on here are unprompted and seem very shady, stay well away!

Thanks for the review, though we'd like to clear a few things up, as you haven't placed an order with us and we have no record of any contact.
On the photos, you're right that the images alongside our testimonials aren't real customers. That's deliberate. Our clients are people appealing PIP decisions, often dealing with serious health conditions and difficult personal circumstances, and we would never publish a real photo of someone in that position. The testimonials are real. The faces are not, for exactly that reason.
My own photo is a professional one. It's saved at a lower resolution on the site, which is likely why it looks less sharp than it should.
On the emails, we've checked and have nothing from you, either to our inbox or via the contact form. We reply to every email we get, including the ones where we have to tell people we can't help. Send over the address you used and the dates and we'll check our spam folder and come back to you.
On the reviews, every review on our profile is marked Organic by Trustpilot, meaning it was left independently rather than through an invitation from us. Trustpilot also lets anyone click through to a reviewer's profile and see their history, ours and yours included. Our reviews speak for themselves: people who came to us in a difficult situation, got a properly researched appeal letter, and in a number of cases had their original decision overturned at tribunal. Those are real outcomes for real people.
And to anyone reading this who is now unsure, please just send us a message. You'll know within one reply that you're speaking to a real person, and you'll get a clear sense of the service before you spend a penny. We'd rather you test us than take anyone's word for it, ours included.

Just the help I needed
My son sent in my documents, evidence, award notice, previous award notice etc, we pointed out where we thought they were wrong. We were amazed by the professional look document, around 10 pages every one of the activities were addressed, pointing out how the levels weren't applied right, giving examples of rulings of how they should have been applied. We hadn't expected this amount of detail and and knowledge that had been put in to it for such a price and amount of time it took. I don't know how to put it in writing how its laid out or the knowledge that was put in to the document, all I can say we are glad we found out about this service and contacted them.

Going activity by activity and showing exactly where the descriptors were misapplied, backed by relevant case law, is the part that decision makers and tribunals actually engage with. It takes longer to do properly, but a general letter of disagreement rarely shifts anything, so we'd rather do the detailed version every time.

Good outcome after raising concerns
I’m submitting an updated review because Neil ultimately responded very thoroughly to my concerns, revised the submission, prepared the evidence extracts, continued helping with my case, and issued a full refund that I had not requested.
My main concern was that the initial work did not appear to have been checked thoroughly enough before being sent. I felt there was too much reliance on standard wording or a script, without enough final quality checking.
I would also advise customers to assume that any evidence uploaded to the service may be directly referenced in the submission and potentially sent to the DWP, rather than used only as background context. It would be helpful if this were made clearer at the outset, so customers know to upload only documents they are comfortable disclosing or to identify anything they want excluded or redacted.
Additionally, the intake form took me hours as opposed to 60 minutes but I was incredibly detailed and perhaps someone better with forms could do it more quickly. This isn't a complaint, just advice for anyone using the service.
Once I raised my concerns, Neil engaged constructively, reviewed the evidence in detail, explained his reasoning, corrected the submission and answered my questions fully. The final work was much stronger than the initial version.
Overall, the issue was resolved well, but more thorough checking and clearer guidance about how uploaded evidence will be used would have made the process much less stressful.

Taking your points in turn.
On the quality checking, you were right to raise it and I'm not going to make excuses. Every submission is meant to go through a final review against the specific evidence provided before it's released, and in your case that clearly didn't happen to the standard it should have. It was an error on our part rather than how we normally work, but that's no comfort when you're the one it happened to. We've since tightened that final stage so a submission can't be released until the evidence check is signed off, which removes the possibility of it being skipped or rushed again.
On uploaded evidence, this is a genuinely good point and one we hadn't made clear enough. Documents you upload may be quoted or referenced directly in the submission, not just used as background. We've now made that explicit at the upload stage, along with a prompt to flag anything you'd prefer excluded or redacted. That should have been obvious from the start and it wasn't.
On the intake form, your point is well made. The time estimate assumed a fairly typical level of detail, and anyone being as thorough as you were will need considerably longer. We've adjusted the guidance to reflect that, because setting the wrong expectation just adds stress to something that's already stressful.
I'm glad we got to a much stronger submission in the end, though I'd rather it hadn't taken a complaint to get there. Thank you for sticking with it and for setting all of this out so clearly for others.

Superb service
Superb service. I was nervous about signing away a percentage of any back pay of my so far denied PIP claim and hunted round for another alternative. I'm so very glad I did. After quickly opening my account (a breeze) i filled in all my details, emailed over and hey presto 48 hrs later I received a 27 page letter, written by an expert, which clearly, concisely and accurately described myself, my condition, and detailed every section as to justification even giving legal comparisons. I am highly impressed. Still awaiting the verdict (!) but I believe this letter (MR) could not have been written better and gives me the best chance to overturn the DWP decision,

Combatting the DWP behemoth with expert assistance
Wow! What an impressive service. They asked all the right questions, and even the process of providing answers helped my confidence improve as I noticed flawed aspects in DWP assessment I hadn't seen before. Excellent Service It’s a no brainer ..
From start to finish the whole process was simple and easy to follow. The support from Neil was amazing. It did take me over a week to complete but that was down to my ill health nothing from Neil’s side. He did however make regular contact to see if he could help in anyway. Once I uploaded the form it was only a couple of days until I was sent the formal appeal letter. I was amazed at the quality and detail Neil had put into it. Fingers crossed it does the job. From start to finish the service provided was amazing. Far better and more professional and polished than I could have put together.

I had a very good experience with pip appeal. I uploaded all of my information and evidence onto the website, and then Neil sent me the letter. I asked him a couple of times to slightly change a few things and he was happy to do so. The appealing process can be very difficult, therefore it was so lovely to speak to Neil that knows so much about the process and what to include. Great customer service!
