At this time, we’re unable to locate your order based on the information in your review. Could you please contact us directly and provide your order number so we can carefully review your case and assist you properly?

We’d like to clarify that, in many cases, lighting fixtures cannot be fully evaluated for appearance or function until installation is completed. That said, we do not ask customers to forfeit return rights by installing a product. When we request photos or installation confirmation, it is solely to determine whether an issue is related to installation, bulb type, or a specific component.

If any individual part is bent, scratched, or damaged, we are always happy to send replacement components at no cost rather than causing unnecessary delays or inconvenience.

Once we receive your order details, our management team will personally review the situation and work toward a fair and prompt resolution.
