Absolutely shocking not only did I wait for ages to receive item
The dress was nothing like image and colour totally way off and very very cheaply done

Pinksia is a great company that delivered me items I ordered, the delivery was on time, I never regretted that I shop from them I will definitely shop from you again and even recommend you to my friends. Keep being provide a quality products and customer care service, you are awesome.

It was super amazing dealing with the company, I got exactly what I wanted. Their Customer service is very good, never had any issues with them, they go extreme lenght to make sure i'm satisfied. Very happy with my first time buying here, Excellent and very high quality product. The products I bought from the company satisfy me and very useful for me regularly. It's amazing in fact they are recommended.

Worst webpago to buy!! No product NO REFUND, and they said that don’t scam anyone! Bunch of lies.

Complete horrible material and does not resemble anything like the photo. So bloody expensive for something of such horrible quality. Seller promised to make refund in 10-15 days for products that were out of stock and not delivered, BUT STILL NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR THIS SITE!!!

Some of the products were so bad because it was so thin, bad material, sowing was done so badly that there were strings hanging out of the clothing.

Ancora a oggi dopo mesi non ho ricevuto indietro i miei soldi. Fortunatamente ho ottenuto fra tempo risposta da parte del loro Custumer service proponendomi un buono da utilizzare per l’importo dovuto. Dopo aver rifiutato non ho più notizie. Mi hanno informato che il mio ordine e stato cancellato e che per i resi hanno bisogno da 15 a 30 giorni. Peccato che io non ho mai ricevuto l’abito richiesto perché loro non avevano disponibilità facendomi aspettare un mese e più anche se ho pagato pure la somma dí corriere express. Non so se mai avrò indietro il mio denaro ma spero che seguirete il mio consiglio “ Non comprate di questo sito!”

Traveled to grandparents to attend my aunt’s wedding ceremony unfortunately, i lost our luggage at the airport this situation was so embarrassing but my mum asked me to be calm while she directed me to PINKSIA to get some emergency clothes to save the day, what I got exceeded my expectations, the clothes I got for myself were a perfect fit and were of high quality, i almost stole the attention from the bride.....I will definitely order for some more outfits again.

The services that they give are really amazing and fast always satisfied with their customer support and will come back for more. Highly recommended.

My experience with you guys exceeded my expectations, I had to get a few outfits for a dinner night for me and my friends, I asked around for the best place I could get them at the cheapest rate available. I was directed to Pinksia, on contacting them, the customer care service was really perfect, what’s more, I personally stole the show at the dinner celebration as friends kept on praising my outfit. I definitely recommend pinksia for the best shopping experience.

Ordered a dress for my holiday. The. Got an email to say it was out of stock. I then requested a refund and have received numerous emails sinse then saying their systems have a long process. I will continue to skate them on social media until I get my refund... however they seem to delete all comments!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress in May for a wedding. After a shipping confirmation was sent, they sent me an email saying that they were out of stock of that item and I could pick another or they would issue a refund. I opted for the refund. It is now October, I have emailed them atleast once a week asking for an update and every time it is a new excuse. I have had the same email copied and pasted saying they just fixed something in their financial department, and that they were working on all the refunds one by one. Told me to wait 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I emailed again, they said they would put me top priority. One month later I followed up again and I received the exact same email from the first time around saying they had an issue in their financial dept. Pretty much over it at this point but I just wanted to know if there was anyone who actually DID get their refund???

It think Pinksia is also operating as LukaLula - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY - I have raised dispute via paypal, and have finally received a response from Lukalula that if I want my items, then I need to drop the dispute.

customer service is not answering e mails, messiges. there is no possibility you can have a trustfull information, they are telling lies all the time. about money returning, about dispatch and so on and so on, im even shoked that in this site we also have pinksia employees probably whos giving inappropriate assessments.
i ordered on august, still no answers, no money and no clothes.......
and i know im not the only one, so question..... how is it possible that there is company that keeps robbing people and no one can do nothing????

Do not buy from pinksia. I ordered dresses in July. They never arrived. Have emailed at least 10 times. They will not refund my money. They will not give me access to managers. Do not buy.

I ordered 5 items at the beginning around 7 July, I received only 2 items items with delay. Due to further delay I cancelled my order for the remaining items and i am yet to receive my refund. Pinksia keeps promising me that i will get my refund from 7-10 days, several 10 days lapsed and until today 8 October i didnot get anything. Elisabeth

Es la peor tienda online con la que me he encontrado. Compro el 8 de agosto y todavía hoy a 8 de octubre no tengo el vestido, ya me ha pasado el evento y no devuelven el dinero. Hago reclamación con PayPal, me escriben de Pinksia para que la quitara o no me podían devolver el dinero. La quito y en vez de devolverme el dinero, me envian el vestido (supuestamente, porque no lo tengo), intento volver a hacer reclamación de PayPal y no se puede volver a abrir. Vamos, que te timan y te dejan sin opción de reclamar con PayPal tampoco. El negocio del siglo. NO COMPREIS!

Horrendous do not shop with these. I placed an order on 5th August cancelled on 25th August due to broken promises about delivery. I have only just received my money back as I put a dispute in with PayPal who got my money back for me. Customer service is joke they don’t reply back to your emails. Never use this company again.
