Don't buy from these people. I ordered a blue and white swimsuit and when it FINALLY arrived it was a green, orange and brown swimsuit. They still wont reply to any emails asking for a refund.

The swimsuit is much smaller than advertised and they offered a 20% discount to keep it - what a joke. Why would I keep something that doesn't fit. After reading all the reviews here, which I wish I had read pre-purchase, I doubt I will get a refund. I doubt this is a NZ company.

The returns policy is not true
They will not send a legitimate address to return the items, so it is impossible to send back. Instead, they keep offering to refund a percentage of the purchase price even though the product is poor quality, not wearable and not anything like what is advertised
I do not believe this is even an Australian company
These are the replies and excuses I got.

Please consider this information carefully. You may decide to keep the items, gift them to others, or resell them as you see fit.'

It is a very bogus company

Do not buy from this company! The size charts are nonsense so whatever you order probably won't fit. I had ordered a swimsuit which, when it arrived, did not relate to any of the descriptions in the size chart on the website. When I pointed out that their size charts made no sense, the auto response was that swimsuits are made of material that stretches! Doh! I received a small refund - about 10% of what I had paid. I gave the swimsuit to my local charity shop.

Do not buy from this company.
They advertise an Australian company but their product is sent from China and if you request a refund (which you will as sizing is inaccurate and quality is poor compared to cost) they will offer you a 10% refund and suggest you give your item to charity. They were not able to provide a return address despite being asked several times. After threatening legal they changed the offer of a 10% refund to 80% as I informed they are illegally trading as an Australian company when they clearly are not. Waste of time and money

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Having ordered and checked they would refund products in full, the products arrived. One bore no resemblance to the photo on their site and I wanted a refund. The swimsuit was actually quite nice but much bigger than the size guide so I wanted to exchange for a smaller size.. they all of a sudden explained I had to return product at my cost to US and pay shipping not only to return but also for exchange to be despatched. Alternatively I could keep products and they would refund me 20%. Across endless emails I finally got them up to 60% and kept the products which I donated to the Salvos. I have advised them they need to be clearer in their refund policy online and threatened to report them. Total scammers.

The communication with this company is extremely frustrating! They just keep sending you a generic message on repeat to respond to any emails you send them.

I gave 2 stars because my order did arrive, even though the quality of the swimsuit is poor. The one I purchased looked like it was made from a sturdy, almost wetsuit like material, but was instead a shiny, flimsy material. Very disappointing.

Pretend to be an Australian company with .com.au website.
They sell you an article, send the wrong size.
When you want to return and receive refund you find out that their warehouse is in USA and have to pay both the original postage as well as postage to get article returned.

This is not stated anywhere on their refunds/returns statement.

After 3 emails, they offer you a 30%refund if you keep the clothes.

So basically if you want a lesson on how to take $100 and turn it into $30- buy from this company.

Rubbish product which doesn't resemble the lovely photos on their website. NO refund available. This is the email from the company Our returning address is in Secaucus NJ 07094.You can check that the returning shipping fee with tracking number will be higher than A$30

The other reviews I found here are just the same as my experience so like others I wish I read them before purchasing. Just a waste of $90.

I was really worried having made an order on this site before reading the reviews.
But my experience has been the polar opposite of all the reviews on here.
I am in NZ and received my order within a couple of weeks. The products are true to size and the material is great.
I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I brought a swim tankini set and the tankini had a silver clip that wouldn't clip up. I contacted the only 2 emails I could contact mentioned on their summerbring.com.au website. (Pinkspearl.com.au website also refers to the same email address). One email I wrote to didn't have a response and the other email replied in an unprofessional way. I was constantly told by various people to contact the seller but the website says to contact their email address..so strange!

I purchased swimwear from this company and they said they they had sold out of the swimwear I had purchased. They said they would refund my money, however they never did. I sent numerous emails to them, but they were ignored. They took my money.
I would never buy anything from this company - it is a sham.

Do not purchase from this company. I received two swimsuits of poor quality and sizing and colour and print did not match item described.The website states that they accept returns and refunds, but they did not respond to the four emails I sent. They finally responded via a Facebook message stating that items needed to be returned at my cost to a US address. They offered a 30% refund initially and would not provide return address details but continued to state it would be expensive for me to return. I was then offered 60% refund, then 80% refund when I threatened to retrieve funds via my bank. This took place over a number of weeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not buy from pinkpearls.

I checked the refund policy before buying, it states that you can get a full refund within 30 days. Emailed them to get address to return item, no one ever gets back to you. I have now emailed 4 times and still nothing. I would not buy from this company 😒

Unfortunately this company are a total crooks when it comes to their refund policy. Their policy is in black and white on their website, but they have no interest in adhering to it. If you are trying to get at least some of your money back, the only thing that worked for us was threatening chargeback through the credit card company, but they are beyond difficult to deal with.

Never allowed my refund!
When I received the product, the quality was very poor, colour of material faded and the fit was off.
When requesting a refund form, they kept emailing me back asking if I wanted a $9 refund and just keep the suit. When I asked again for the refund form they offered me a $15 refund form and keep the item. Again, I declined this and asked for the refund form of which I am still waiting for.
total scam and I will be making this public so no body else gets caught in this trap.

Update: we finally agreed to a 50% refund and keep the items, after about 20 emails. The money finally hit my account on 04 Apr….frustrating!

Same as all the rest on here and also wish I’d researched more before purchasing from this fraudulent company!
Have sent over 10 emails with only one reply asking what was wrong with them but no details to return for refund.
My friend ordered 3 x tankini sets and was very happy so I regretfully went ahead and bought $160 worth. Only one out of four fit and they are poor quality material.
They have a STRICT 30 day return policy from date received, which is extremely hard to adhere to if you’re not given any details on where to return to.
I have emailed over and over again, and yesterday with the subject line as COMPLAINT.
I will be taking this further and reporting them. Doubt I’ll see a cent…live and learn!

Don't use this company...they don't have a returns policy that works. I had to return my item to the USA, I thought I was dealing with an Australian company...

This is a fraudulent company who do not offer refunds as stated. Do not purchase from them!! Read the reviews on TrustPilot. Buyers beware. I am reporting this company.
