I wish I would’ve read reviews on this company. I am going through the exact same issue - purchasing a bikini with almost two months until my trip. Six weeks later followed up was told it was back ordered and I should’ve seen that when I ordered AND I should’ve gotten an email. They tried to have me select a different bathing suit, but what they were suggesting wasn’t even in stock. Asked for a refund… still waiting. Three paragraphs apologizing for the wait but no reason for it. I have asked for a reason no place should take more than 24 hours to process a refund for something that wasn’t even shipped yet.

Do not purchase from Pink Colada. I ordered a set and 3 months later, I still don’t have my order. I’ve been told twice “It’ll be in warehouse next week”. I’ve asked for a refund twice, and they refuse to acknowledge what I’m asking for.

Only purchase if you want your money stolen!

I placed an order for 2 bikinis on 2/1/23. I contacted Pinkcolada on 2/27/23 because I hadn't received my order or any further information since purchasing nearly a month ago. When Pinkcolada replied, I was shocked. Lisa from Pinkcolada stated that one of the four items was out of stock (though this was the first time in a month I'm hearing that despite the company keeping my money for it). She then offered to replace it with something else, but that wouldn't match the other part of the same color bikini I ordered. She also stated it would be a week until the other two items were in stock. Anyone who has evidence of this kind of thing should file a complaint with the FTC so this business can no longer rip off Americans (it's an Austrailian company).

Do not buy from this company. I ordered over a month ago and still nothing shipped. I have emailed multiple times with no reply. I have also msg through Instagram which only gives generated responses. I have now lodged a fair trading complaint in hopes they get stopped from selling items that don't exist!
I will continue to comment on their Instagram posts in hopes people will read and not buy from this fraudulent company. WHAT A JOKE!

I made an online purchase with PinkColada 4 weeks ago
The order was fully processed, even received the confirmation that my order had been received.
A few days later I received an email from one of their admin saying the items I had ordered were no longer available and they offered me a range of available items in my size.
I wasn't interested in anything I saw so I asked for a refund instead.
The lady who answered me, Lisa, said this request needed to be escalated, for what reason I do not know as I hadn't received any goods and the refund should have been able to be processed immediately.
I've been emailing them for 2 and a half weeks straight, only ever receiving generic emails back from a 'Lisa Carter' saying my request is still being processed.
WHY?!
There is literally no other way to contact them other than via email which seems I'm being ignored.
I have demanded a refund now, multiple times. No response other than generic.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I placed my order on May 25th 2022; today is the 17th of January 2023 and I am yet to receive it. I paid for express shipping with DHL which is supposed to take 4 days. I have been emailing Pinkcolada since then and they keep promising that it is being sent. In October they responded saying they would send a complimentary piece as an apology for the delay; I am still waiting.
What a waste of money. Do not order from Pinkcolada, this company is a scam.

This is surely a scam company.
I ordered in August 2022 and after 2 weeks had zero communication about postage. I emailed and the reply was that they’d sold out of what I had ordered, yet no one told me this. They then emailed a list of alternatives I could buy instead, so I made a new selection and then was told these were also sold out. We went back and forth a few times with the same issue until I asked for a refund as I really only wanted the original order. Miraculously, an email was sent saying my bikini was now in stock and had been shipped. This was 6 weeks after first ordering.
I waited another 4 weeks and after no tracking updates I asked for a refund again and was told ‘to get excited, your items have been shipped!’
Thankfully I paid for the bikini through Klarna and they eventually organised a refund for me in November - 3 months after I made the purchase.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
This company uses great marketing hooks to lead you to buy from them. Takes a minimum of 4 weeks to deliver and sizing is teeny tiny. Sent back and could only get store credit. Want my money back!!!
You cannot use their promo codes (discounts) with your store credit. You can only get full price items!!! Zero customer service. 4 months later they still have my money. THEIVES. Shame on you #pinkcolada @anagavia

Do not, I repeat and do not order from this company. I ordered a few things from them in october. Fast forward to when it took 3 weeks to get my order, and three of the five things were literally not even what I ordered. So I filed a complaint and I have been waiting 6 weeks for them to actually ship the correct pieces. Customer service just keeps telling me it will ship soon. I'll be filing a complaint, don't waste your money. If I could give this negative Stars I would.

It took half a year to get my packet. When it came it was only 1 thing i ordered. I am still waiting for 1 piece. 3 months ago I send the first package back and stil haven’t got my money back and it was a big order so I have a realy bad experience with this company!!!

This is fake - they do not send swimsuit and then when you ask where it is they say it's about to be shipped. I have been asking for a refund for 6 months- they don't even reply now. Do not buy from them

This company is AWFUL. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my LIFE. I ordered a bikini back 6 months ago and have contacted the company multiple times asking where my order is. At this point I don’t even WANT the bikini or anything to do with this company so I ask for a refund and the only thing they will do is “let me pick another bikini and will send ASAP” … as if I’m that stupid. Literally the worst company ever. The girl who started it should be ashamed of her company.

Worst company ever. I am waiting for over 3 months on my order and they keep ignoring my request for a refund. They keep stringing me along. Still don't have the item, would like to shove it in their face.

Have previously purchased from here and bikini arrived in a few days and quality was great, so I recently placed another order to have only one of 5 items sent a few days later and then another item turn up 2 weeks later. After emailing requesting a refund, I was responded with an option to choose an extra bikini free of charge for the inconvenience as my other items "are still on back order". I've advised that it is unacceptable to take money from customers without notifying that items are on back order and am still chasing a refund.
So disappointing. Their bikinis are gorgeous but the service has definitely gone downhill.

Scam! I've placed my order in the beginning of August and still haven't received one.
Customer support replied 2 times that it will be shipped soon since then already a month passed.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I ordered 3 suits in July. I received 1. The customer service agent said the others were shipped then told me they were out of stock. I've requested a refund several times and they will not give me my money back.

Agreed with all the recent reviews that this place is a SCAM. Absolute shame because the bikinis are excellent quality and fit so well. My first purchase arrived within 1 week.

I have since purchased 2 more times. It has been months on both orders and no items have come. Shipping is not updated either. Fake robotic costumer service who claims everything is "back ordered". They advertise these extravagant discounts to get you to make a purchase, however, they never have the bikinis in stock so they don't ship. They keep your money. Costumer service is a scam, they do not return your money and you cannot even talk to a real person, it is just a robot named "Marvie".

Avoid this place at all costs

Worst experience ever. Ordered 3 sets of bathing suit beginning of june and never received them. Many exchanges with company giving false information and refusing to refund the order.
Be carefull not a serious company.

Months have passed and I have nothing. They have taken my money and are not refunding or sending the items. I am not even sure if they are even set up in Australia. Pretty sure that the customer service/ emails is either a robot or just fkn hopeless.
