I ordered two items of clothing for my son’s birthday. As it was my first order I was entitled to a 10% discount but realised that I had not put in the right code after the order was accepted. I immediately sent an email to which they responded and said they would reply within 24 hours. They never replied. When the order arrived it was not true to size . My son always wears XL and both items were far too small. When I phoned I was informed that they do not pay for returns. I trusted them that their sizes were true to size. So I didn’t get my discount and had to pay return postage. I will never use this company again.

Recently ordered trousers on line. They arrived promptly but there was a problem with the size. After one email, a new pair were sent out, no questions and full apology. Rarely do you receive service as good as this nowadays.
