PillSphere is an online pharmacy and healthcare retail platform that provides customers with access to a range of pharmacy, personal care, and health-related products through a digital ordering experience. The website is designed to help customers browse products, review relevant information, and place orders in a clear and structured way. PillSphere aims to present product listings with key information such as pack size, ingredients, dosage or usage guidance, and other relevant details supplied by the manufacturer or distributor, helping customers review important information before making a purchase. Product availability may vary depending on stock status and supplier updates. The platform is built to support a straightforward online ordering process, allowing customers to search for products, add items to their basket, and complete checkout through the website. PillSphere continues to review and improve site usability, navigation, checkout flow, and general order communication to make the experience clearer and more efficient. The business also works to provide customers with order-related updates, including confirmation, processing, and delivery information where applicable. Clear communication around order progress and product availability is an important part of the service experience, and these processes are continuously reviewed and improved over time. Customer support also plays an important role in the platform’s service approach, with customer queries and feedback helping identify opportunities to improve response quality, website usability, and the overall ordering experience. Customer reviews help PillSphere understand how the service is performing in practice, with feedback used to assess areas such as website experience, product information, order handling, delivery communication, and support responsiveness. This helps the business identify areas for ongoing improvement and maintain transparency for future customers.

I ordered on the 28th August and still have not had my item. I emailed the company and have had no response.
The tracking number they provided is unrecognisable and keeps saying the same thing every day I try.
I am now having to do a charge back through my bank.

I ordered my items on the 24th August
I ordered my items on the 24th August. Still haven’t received.
I’ve emails asking if I could either have a refund or then to be sent out asap, the Royal Mail tracking number is wrong.
So I’m left with-no items and have not been refunded Wouldn’t recommend at. I’ve gave them multiple chances to rectify the issue. But nothing has been done. I payed for next day delivery too.
It’s been 18 days. Definitely do not order from this please it is a total scam.

Haven’t sent my products!
Purchased 3x emla cream for my aesthetics business (I’m a GPhC registered pharmacist). I was only sent 1. Chased up and they told me they would send a replacement. Chased again after a week as no replacement was sent (they told me parcel was lost in transit). Have been trying to get a hold of them again (it’s been 3 weeks since original item was sent) but no one is replying and will not send my remaining items or refund!
