I purchased my first side sleeper latex pillow back in 2017 and its replacement in Sept 2024. I tried a number of pillows leading up to my purchase in 2017 and a few more in 2024 and this is the only one that worked for me. Service and delivery were prompt. When the wrong pillow slip was sent by accident, they sent out a replacement after I reached out to them by email.
