Erg goed geholpen met aankoop van nieuw frame en een zadel. (Verder de fiets zelf opgebouwd)
Aardig personeel(!) en goede service gekregen.

Ordered a seatpost part for my bike Wilier filante SLR but arrived a seatpost fro wilier zero slr. Despite from email thread it was clear it was their mistake they forced me to pay shipping back the wrong item to them and also threatened me to pay the shipping back of the wrong piece to factory in Italy otherwise I would not have received the right piece. I clearly stated that was for my wilier filante SLR also in the subject of the email but there was no way to let them pay for the replacement. I contacted also ACM in Netherlands and they clearly said I was right and they had to provide replacement for free. They have also stated this on the policies on their website. I had to deal with four different people one of which very arrogant and rude saying I made a mistake and i had to pay. Instead of act legally, I decided to pay shipping back of the wrong part to them simply because I did not want to spend more time and money for them. I finally received the right piece after a month. I also contacted Wilier in Italy saying that such kind of experiences affect also the reputation of the brand. From now on, I will try to only purchase in physical shop to avoid this kind of situation.

Had gesoliciteerd stond bij met interne externe opleiding kreeg ik een mail terug dat ik niks kan niks waard ben en verspilling ben van tijd omdat ik 37 ben. Dit is tegen de wet en valt onder discriminatie van leefdtijd

Een dure fiets besteld bij Piet de Wit. Met de verkoper heb ik alle specificaties doorgenomen (o.a. Dura Ace Di2) en op basis daarvan hebben we een prijs afgesproken. Dat verliep allemaal heel soepel en heel plezierig.
Na 5 maanden wachten arriveert mijn fiets en dan ontstaat een voor beide partijen vervelende situatie: in plaats van Di2 is een mechanische Dura Ace-groep gemonteerd. Er is in de winkel iets fout gegaan. Ik kan mijn fiets ophalen, maar dan wel na bijbetaling van 1180 euro.

Wat mij buitengewoon stoort is dat Piet de Wit wel zijn fout erkent, maar vervolgens niet zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt door in gesprek te gaan met de klant. Niet één keer heb ik de eigenaar sorry horen zeggen; hij volstond met: ‘Als u niet betaalt, krijgt u de fiets niet’. Op zo’n moment merk je dat bij dit bedrijf de klant niet centraal staat.
Gelukkig ben ik inmiddels geslaagd bij 12GO Biking; een bedrijf dat ik iedereen wèl kan aanbevelen.
