I used the service both on the web app and as a developer with the API. I did a first project in April-ay 2023 where everything worked great.
BUT... I have picked up the same project in the last weeks and just wanted to buy some credits to do more runs and I have had the worst experience. The payment system seems to be disconnected from the accounts so each time I tried to buy some credits they never got added to my account!!!
They never replied to my tickets. Even after the agent on the live chat (or a nice bot) told me that it had been marked as High Priority.
It's now been more than 3 weeks with no answer. 3 support tickets are open. Including a refund request.
They now owe me more than $100!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. This company turned into a total SCAM!!!!
