Our experience with pick your trail was not that great the way claim to be given best experience. I feel if you book directly with the resort then you might have better experience or anyways will get the same experience center activities

Whatever activities given we didn’t got most of it !!! What is the point paying premium but what mentioned , nothing you get.

Good things:
sea plan experience was good as this is the first time experience
- Rooms were good and met expectations
- ⁠food was good and ok with expectations
- ⁠view and resort was good looking ⁠
- water pool villa experience was good along with the beach view cottage stay is good
the main restaurant staff were very friendly and entirely resort these group of staff should get only award.

Not worth / not liking at all :

1 . Activities are not guest time friendly and they don’t brief in advance .
2. Package was included group snorkelling but not available when we asked saying not falling in to our asking day ( should not have mentioned in the activity list.
3. ⁠Dolphins view cruise was part of the package and initially they scheduled the time but when we asked they said it was not available for today went for finishing but due to bad weather activity was not excited ( NO complain here as it’s weather issue )
4. ⁠diving unit is not that co-operative. Little arrogance in nature
⁠few lady staff are arrogance . Not sure if just towards Indians .
They shifted our luggage from one room to another without our consent even though exact time were given . They shifted as per their convenience which scary as our personal belongings they themselves shifted in our absence. If any lost item is their then who will take responsibility

Even though we have communicated our experience and issues with the pickyour trail , none of the Cordinator try to resolve it apart from just saying “how’s your experience? We are looking in to it . Etc..

Definitely not recommend them for future trips !! I would recommend book directly with resorts as Maldives all resort will have same amazing view , where only staying / guest experience matters nothing else .

PICK YOUR TRAILS REVIEW – DISAPPOINTED AND CHEATED

I booked a Sri Lanka tour package with Pick Your Trails and paid an advance of Rs. 1,00,000 on September 17. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my participation on September 23, while the rest of the family continued the trip.

At the time of cancellation, I was assured of a Rs. 50,000 refund. Later, the explanation suddenly changed — I was told the total package amount was Rs. 1,22,857 and that only Rs. 50,000 would be refunded. This is misleading because initially it was said to be a 50% refund of the Rs. 1,00,000 advance, but later it was altered to a fixed Rs. 50,000, which is much less.

This amounts to changing the terms after collecting money, which is unfair and unethical. Customers cannot be treated this way after trusting a company with such a large advance.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the way this was handled and consider this practice as misleading and exploitative. I will be filing this as a formal complaint and also sharing my honest experience publicly so that other travelers are not misled by such refund policies.

Final Note: The refund handling by Pick Your Trails was inconsistent, unfair, and felt like a complete breach of trust.

I had gone with them to Azerbaijan. They booked shady hotels with stench so bad. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes and ruined our trip experience. They just have a good sales team who sell you packages big on the ground execution is very poor.

It was a wholesome experience, had a smooth fun trip all thanks to pick your trail

Eventhough the app is good would like to point out some flaws regarding co ordination.
our journey from Phuket to Bangkok on 13th june afterearly morning wakeup was tiring after a full day trip to phi phi island previous day.
Also driver didnot give the full amount which I have already paid which was resolved by the Company later after me reaching India.
Coordinator should advise on better planning for a relaxed tireless itinerary.

On tour support team not so friendly and I felt they could have been more responsive as they didn’t answer any calls and asked to message even when it was urgent

Recently, my husband, our in-laws, our nine-month-old baby, and I went on a 3N/4D trip to Bangkok and Pattaya. More than us, our 60-year-old parents thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were genuinely impressed with how impeccably everything was organized. Our vehicles arrived on time, and every place listed in our itinerary was covered seamlessly. We never had to contact the local support team because everything ran smoothly and nothing went wrong.

So, why not 5 stars?

If one only considers the logistical aspects, there’s no doubt this deserves five stars. Our parents even urged us multiple times to leave a glowing five-star review!

However, my husband and I did feel a bit disappointed by the overly mechanical nature of the app-based coordination. It lacked a human touch—we never really felt that someone cared about our trip personally. Instead, it felt like we were being guided by a well-oiled machine, which, while delivering a wonderful outcome, felt impersonal.

This is something we missed—but to be fair, I’m not even sure how many people would want or expect that kind of personal connection. Still, I’m sharing this perspective for those of you who might prefer your travels to be executed with a bit more human warmth, rather than just mechanical perfection.

Planned and coordinated perfectly

I started the trip discussion with Alakananda who is definitely should be your star performer. She gave me a lot of support through late hours as well accomodating my schedule.
Other good aspects was the cost which was aligned to my budget as well as immediate support on the app.

We would like to share our feedback regarding our recent honeymoon trip to Bali arranged through your company. Unfortunately, our overall experience was not as good as we had expected.

Firstly, the hotels provided to us did not meet the standards promised. Despite it being our honeymoon, we were neither offered a pool villa nor a beach-view hotel, which was quite disappointing for such a special occasion.

During our visit to one of the islands, the itinerary only included basic sightseeing. Due to time shortage, the driver did not stop for lunch, and we felt rushed throughout the day. Moreover, we did not receive proper guidance from the local team, which made it difficult to truly enjoy and explore.

Lastly, on the final day, a candle light dinner was arranged for us at a hotel named Atta Mesari. Unfortunately, the quality of food there was extremely poor. To make matters worse, we even found an insect (cabbage worm) in our food, which was a very upsetting experience, especially on our last evening.

We are sharing this feedback not to complain unnecessarily, but in the hope that you will look into these issues seriously so that future travelers do not face similar disappointments.

We would also like to request you to raise a complaint with the hotel Atta Mesari regarding the unhygienic food served to us.
