Terrible Customer Service
It appears that many who have used the service of this company has had a different experience with them. Mine's was terrible and a total nightmare!! The customer service representative that handled my request acted as if I were incompetent. They did not listen to my concerns and seemed to be impatient when I tried to explain my situation to them regarding my pending travel visa applications with two other companies. I could not update my information on those other two websites for some reason. So I "abandoned" the applications hoping that the system would just cancel them out on their own. This was definitely a big mistake on my part. I researched and went elsewhere to apply for the travel visa. That's when I found the Pick Visa website after I did a search on Google. I completed my application and paid the $75 fee which was an extremely smooth process. However, the e-mail communications with Pick Visa Support was a total nightmare!! After I voiced my concerns about the service representative that assisted me. By the way, they (service representative) continued to address me as a "Mr." when I repeatedly informed them that I'm a female. Pick Visa Support then got an Operations Manager to address my complaint. And that manager was just as bad as the service representative that was assisting me with the application process. I will always remember this comment they made in their email response to me. And this is coming from an Operations Manager!! Part of their response was "we waste our time". I'm wondering how someone with that position and title can be so unprofessional and make a comment like that, when their job is to help customers!! And instead of refunding my full $75.00 fee back, I only got back only $45.75. I received nothing but bad service and a bad attitude, and they get to keep a good chunk of the fee that I paid. I will never use this company's service ever again!! It was absolutely horrible with the communications that I had with the live service representative and their manager. That is why I give this company a 1 star rating on Trust Pilot. The only smooth process was filling out the application in the beginning, and paying the $75 service fee. After that process, everything went downhill from there.

I applied 11aug,2023..plan to go 24aug..but visa aproved on 22aug,2023..no way have to change plan.. please guide on ur side that type of visa and takes how long to process..accordingly we mentally prepared 🙏it’s just feedback , not feel it’s bad experience.. everywhere we learn something 🙏

In your case, you initially applied for a Tourist visa, however as your travel dates were approaching and the processing time of a Tourist visa usually takes longer, we recommended changing your visa type to ETA to catch your travel date.
We also acknowledge the importance of the requested documents, such as the biometric photo and invitation letter.
Regrettably, there were delays in receiving some of the necessary documents from your side, which led to difficulties in providing you with timely assistance. We did our utmost to ensure that you could obtain your evisa within the constraints of your travel dates, including arranging a hotel booking when the invitation letter was not provided.
Your comments are invaluable to us, and we take them seriously as we continuously strive to enhance our services. Please feel free to reach out for any current or future inquiries or to discuss any aspects of your experience further : )
